Everything was absolutely pathetic

Cons:

Everything. Room wasn't clean till 1.30 and the staff was promising, which were never kept.
No wifi was working. AC making all the noise. Piece of shit hotel.

SCAM !!!!!! do not trust the photos, they are photoshop or AI, whatever, the place is an absolute trash !!!!!!!!!
We are 3 international tourist that stayed in India for 1 month and this was by far the worse experience ever, we are not even sure the hotel is running, when we arrived it looked abandoned and the guy from reception had to turn on the lights from the corridor to show us the room, old , dirty , unusable.
The most concerning part is the area, right outside is a black market of stolen spare car parts, so you are surrounded by thieves . We didn't want to check in and even our taxi driver was wondering what the heck we were doing there. I told the guy from reception that he should provide free cancelation and he agreed, 2 minutes later I got a notification that he decline the refund.
Booking dot com shouldn't risk their customers by listing places like this and they should be responsable as well of giving the free cancelation.
