Great view!
Pros:

Great view, comfy bed. Overall, a great stay. A washing machine and a dryer are available for those who travel light and need to wash their clothes throughout their journey.

Cons:

The place was a bit cold at first, but the host was very communicative, and we had it sorted in no time.

그동안 나홀로 속초 여행 중 막힘이 없이 모래사장부터 먼바다까지 뷰가 가장 좋았던 곳 임. 춥고 매서운 찬바람이 불어오지 않는 한 베란다에 비치된 나무탁자에서 바다를 바라보며 한잔하기에는 최고인 것 같습니다. 물론 영하 7도가 넘는 강추위로 실내에서 혼술하면서 지냈지만 두사람이 지내기엔 아주 만족스러울 것 같습니다. 혹시 두 사람이 잘 지내다가 가끔 티격태격해도 별도로 준비된 라꾸라꾸 침대가 있어서 어떤(?) 경우에도 대비가 잘 되어 있다고 생각됩니다. 강추위에도 2박을 참 따뜻하게 지냈든 것 같습니다.

Cons:

화장실에 비데가 없는 것이 좀 아쉬웠네요 . .

숙소에서 보이는 바다 전망 최고!!! 바닷가 바로 앞에 위치하고 산책로가 잘 정비되어 걸으면서 보는 경치와 파도소리가 지명에 걸맞게 좋았습니다. 주변 명소에도 걸어다닐만한 합니다. 숙소가 편해서 날씨 안 좋으면 방에서 그냥 쉬어도 좋을 듯이요~

Schöne Lage und Einrichtung, aber....
Pros:

Die Lage am Meer, der Balkon und auch die Gröẞe und die Einrichtung des Appartments sind super. Es ist fast alles vorhanden, ein kleiner Wäscheständer und ein Schneidebrett in der Küche wären noch hilfreich. Aber ansonsten super.

Cons:

Die Reinigung des Appartments war mangelhaft. Vielleicht war es einmalig, wenn ich mir die anderen Bewertungen so ansehe, aber insbesondere das nicht saubere Bett war alles andere als in Ordnung!

overall, nice apartment fronting the sea. Clean and compact.
Pros:

There were an abundance of seafood restaurants near the apartment.

Taxis were not that easily available. Not many breakfast shops open in the early morning

Tolle Lage und netter Gastgeber
Pros:

Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Lage ist einmalig, direkt am Meer und kleiner Badestrand mit vorwiegend Einheimischen. Der Convenience Store im EG hat uns alles geboten, was wir brauchten.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit super Ausblick und direktem Strandzugang.
Pros:

Super Kommunikation mit den Inhabern. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus. Mit dem Auto ist die Unterkunft auch gut zu erreichen.
Tolle Aussicht über das Meer mit Sonnenaufgang. Mückenschutz an der Balkontür.
Direkt gegenüber ist der Strand mit Bademöglichkeit. Ausreichend Restaurants in der Nähe. Unten im Haus kleiner eMart mit kleinen Notwendigkeiten zum Einkaufen.
30 min Fahrzeit mit dem Auto zum Nationalpark.
Sauberes Zimmer. Ausreichend groß. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Zimmer.

Heerlijke dagen in Sokcho
Pros:

Het appartement voldoet aan alles wat we nodig hadden. Uitzicht op het strand. Lokatie was heel goed, dichtbij strand, eettentjes, etc. Onder in het gebouw is een 7-Eleven te vinden. Direct links van het gebouw waren bouw werkzaamheden (een appartementencomplex in aanbouw). Appartement 1701 heeft geen last van de herrie. Appartementen die dichterbij gelegen zijn, hebben mogelijk wel last van de herrie.
Het appartement 1701 van de Summitbay is zeer aan te bevelen. Mocht ik later weer naar Sokcho gaan, dan zal ik opnieuw ditzelfde appartement boeken.

Cons:

Wat we vervelend vonden, was dat de andere gasten kletsnat vanuit het strand direct met de lift naar hun appartement gingen. De vloer werd nat en glad.
Keuken faciliteiten is zeer beperkt, maar we maakten geen gebruik hiervan. Buiten de deur zijn zoveel eettentjes te vinden.
