Care taker, Xoli was helpful and friendly
Rooms clean and spacious

Cons:

Please put a few hangers for clothes in the wardrobe, carpet on the floor in the bedroom and bathroom, side lamps also not working.

It’s very spacious. That was nice.

Cons:

There was for a minute warm water. The rest of the time me and my friend could not shower because there was not warm water. And it was very cold this weekend. The one time there was not even water.

Cons:

I had a mixed experience at this guest house. On the positive side, the place is beautiful, spacious, and very well located. It honestly exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance and overall setting. Also, Xola at reception was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay, which I really appreciated.

However, there were some serious cleanliness and maintenance issues that need attention. The dishes were not properly washed it looked like they were just rinsed off. There was no toilet paper provided in the bathroom, which is a basic necessity that should not be overlooked.

The bedding was also a concern. The duvet cover was damp, which suggests it hadn’t dried properly before being used. The fitted sheet and pillowcases had noticeable brown stains and did not appear clean, which is unacceptable for guest accommodation.

Additionally, the water temperature was inconsistent. Even when set to a normal temperature, it would suddenly turn cold and then switch back to warm after a few minutes, making it uncomfortable to use.

Overall, while the property itself is impressive and the service from reception was great, the cleanliness and maintenance issues significantly affected my stay. These are fundamental areas that need improvement.

Dirty, not as advertised, no washing machine, fridge dirty, dishes from previous stay still in dish rack, TV channels not working as advertised. Not an apartment but a room in a house. No proper check out procedures
