DO NOT GO THERE ITS HORRIBLE AND DIRTY
Pros:

Nothing, it was a grubby rat hole.

Cons:

Everything, the shower was broken, the power points didn't work, the bed sheets were dirty, the whole place was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for years. I ended up leaving and moving to another place.
