The Hotel is beautiful very clean and tidy. Great views from room. The staff were very friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect.

We got a room upgrade to a Junior Suite which was fabulous.
The spa area closed at 6pm on the evening of our arrival which was disappointing.
The whole experience was exceptional from start to finish, amazing hotel & staff are a different level absolutely 10/10

While we booked with booking.com we had to pay 25 euro per person to use the thermal suite. I felt thid was a bit eccesive considering we were residents

Good afternoon,
Some aspects of the hotel appealed to us but frankly when I reside in a 5 star establishment I expect that the facility and staff offer white glove 5 star service and this was not the case. More training is required for staff as they need to remember that the Customer is King
-Improve attitudes of some senior staff
-Improve the training for staff in the dining room in terms of etiquette
- The Culture and attitudes of some employees leaves alot to be desired
-I make these statements to you in a constructive manner as I've spent my life travelling , running businesses and am in a position to know what differentiates Quality . Remember Quality is a given not an add on .
- In a 5 star hotel guests should at least be able to attend the steam room without booking same and incurring additional costs
