Nice breakfast
Room wasn’t clean, lunch was poor & order incorrect, rushed at breakfast to pay before we had finished eating, emailed the hotel after with complaint but received no reply.
The room was absolutely beautiful. We got a complimentary upgrade and the room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was stunning as well. We also used the spa facilities and they were brilliant. We enjoyed some cocktails in the evening and they were delicious. Overall, a very quiet hotel for when we visited and we really appreciated the relaxation we had. We would definitely loved a few more days here! Finally, the staff were brilliant.
We got one of the sharing boards (meats and cheeses) for dinner one evening and it wasn’t worth the value for what it was (A few pieces of meats that didn’t taste of high quality, and only two cheeses, one of which was an excessive amount of blue cheese). It is our only negative comment for the hotel and otherwise we loved everything else about it!

The atmosphere was fabulous, the staff were extremely friendly from the minute we arrived. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to a return visit and hopefully get to use the spa.

Couldn't find tea spoons, they are kept with the coffee pods, no where near the kettle and cups, tiny thing but strange.
