Planning to visit the spa? We definitely recommend BOOKING IN ADVANCE to avoid disappointment, access is limited to 10 guests at a time in our Thermal Suite to protect the peaceful vibe.
Thermal Suite access is €25 per person (instead of €50 per person).
Our treatments feature Ground, a beautiful Irish wellness brand. Guest favourites include the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Jet Lag Recovery Massage, ideal after travelling.
Please note the spa is for guests aged 16 and over.

Confusing location for parking.
From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we were absolutely delighted with our stay. From the warm welcome and complimentary welcome drinks to the lovely little touches we found in our room, everything made our stay feel extra special.
The rooms are absolutely beautiful and exceptionally clean. What impressed me most, however, was the outstanding service. I asked at reception about the gym, only to find out that it is currently being renovated and therefore unavailable. Instead, the team immediately provided me with a voucher for Flyefit in the basement, which I was able to use free of charge throughout my stay.
Such thoughtful service and attention to detail really make a difference. We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely love to come back!
The staff were fantastic and treated us very well. The room was immaculate and bed was very comfortable. The space was well furnished and modern feeling, food and drinks were excellent, and the overall feeling was very relaxing.
Some of the functions in the spa did not appear to be working e.g. heated beds, steam room, some recliners in relaxation room.
Rooms were spacious and interior design was amazing
Hotel was toooo busy as it's huge and fully booked so it felt a little like a supermarket.
The location, the connectivity, the external room facilities, the check in staff and the restaurant staff service.
The room cleaning service was pathetic.
The hotel itself, comfortable and clean. The only negative from the point of view of the hotel building is its location. In the early morning you could hear trucks delivering to the shops and supermarkets as the hotel is situated in a retail park.
Staff at breakfast. There was a human hair on the food and when I brought it to the attention of the server he took it away and replaced the food but proceeded to tell me, the hair was part of the hash browns.!!!!!! Not very pleasant, also they had no fruit salad left , at 9.00am. Very disappointed.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and we were upgraded to a suite, much to our surprise and delight. The food both breakfast and dinners exceeded expectations - absolutely delicious. Our overall experience at the G hotel was the best that we have had since leaving Australia. We will certainly be recommending this hotel to our friends and family. Well done!

The location. That's it.
The breakfast was inedible. The breakfast had to be returned three times as was not what had been asked for. There were at least 9 staff members wandering around and yet we had to ask multiple times for butter, bread and milk- the basics.
The bar area was filthy
There was thick layers of dirt on the counter and the coffee machine. The milk jug was brown, as were the eggs for breakfast.
The shower in the bedroom wasn't working properly and on the second day was scalding so much that we couldn't actually have showers.
Such a disappointing stay.
The only consolation is we eventually received a refund from the on call manager.
Staff at reception we exceptionally good. Really warm welcome and comped my husband a visit to the thermal suite when we enquired about just using the sauna. Rooms were huge and clean. Very comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty both mornings. Lounge staff were great later in the night too, very friendly and attentive. Really made the stay!
Lights in the bar were a little bright and could have done with some low ambient music. It's a pity there is no pool. It's the one thing the kids would have enjoyed that they didn't have.
