Thermal Suite access is €25 per person (instead of €50 per person).
Our treatments feature Ground, a beautiful Irish wellness brand. Guest favourites include the Himalayan Salt Stone Massage and Jet Lag Recovery Massage, ideal after travelling.
Please note the spa is for guests aged 16 and over.

Detta boende blev den perfekta lyxiga avslutningen på vår rundresa på Irland.
Pros:

Pga sen bokning fick vi ett bra pris och även en uppgradering. Rummet var jättestort och lyxigt. Badrummet enormt. Sängen jättebekväm.

Sehr schönes Hotel für wunderbare Tage in Galway
Pros:

Zimmer sehr gross (Dusche für 2 war sehr toll), das Bad war klasse. Ausblick auf den See wunderbar. Spa war wunderbar. Marlis und Mario waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Frühstück ist kein Buffet, das sollte man wissen.

Lovely hotel with a great manager, views of lough, relaxing weekend
Pros:

Loved the decor , large beds and the staff were so well training and sincere about making our staff the best.
Pros:

Loved the size of the rooms and decor. Location was good and in the middle of a shopping mall. Found that a bit weird at first but quickly realized it made no difference.

Not a 5 star experience
Pros:

Room was lovely and the staff was nice.

Cons:

It started on check-in, we were handed room keys & assigned a number, but when we tried to enter the room it didn't open. Went back to reception and they assigned us a different room, so there was a mistake the first time. Not something that should happen.

The breakfast (we paid for it to be included) was rather disappointing too. The fruit salad had, on both days, grapes which were brown on the part where the stem had come off. The poached eggs had cooked-through yolk. One morning, I had ordered the "continental" breakfast (cheese, fish, sliced meats) to which you have to additionally order some bread. Not only did I have to follow up on the bread because it didn't turn up for ages after the main part of the breakfast was served, I had to ask for more because the 2 slices provided did not suffice.

The worst part was during the final night. There is a piano in the downstairs area, which seems to have been commanded by some guests between 1am and 3am, who proceeded to loudly play and sing during those hours. It was very audible in the room and my partner and I barely got any sleep. Staff did not step in, despite the reception being right next to it and advertised as staffed 24 hours.
