La mejor ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Se agradece que pudiera hacer el check in antes de la hora prevista. Es tranquilo y silencioso.

Cons:

Uno de los días de la estancia, no se realizo limpieza. Se agradecería algunas cortesías en las habitaciones, un par de botellas con agua, insumos para preparar café.

L’emplacement

Séjour très décevant

L’emplacement est bon, mais cela ne compense pas les nombreux problèmes rencontrés.

Je suis franco-mexicaine et habituée aux standards au Mexique. Les chambres sur l’avenue principale sont extrêmement bruyantes (circulation, police, ambulances) et mal isolées. De plus, la grande fenêtre de notre chambre ne fermait pas (pas de serrure), ce qui est dangereux, surtout avec un enfant. J’ai dû demander un changement de chambre.

À l’arrivée tardive : aucun minimum fourni (ni eau, ni shampoing). Le personnel de ménage m’a pourtant confirmé que cela aurait dû être le cas.

Dans la deuxième chambre : propreté insuffisante (moquette sale, ongles trouvés dans le lit, étiquettes d’un autre client).

Au départ : manque total de professionnalisme. On nous confirme un départ tardif gratuit, puis on nous fait payer en disant “je m’en fiche de ce qui a été dit”.

Enfin, évitez les taxis de l’hôtel, 2 à 3 fois plus chers qu’un Uber.

En résumé : bon emplacement, mais bruit, sécurité, propreté et service très insuffisants.

Great location, terrible sleep due to poor ventilation and bed size
Pros:

The location was exceptional, and the check in straightforward for a non-Spanish speaker. The room is spacious, and there are basic kitchen amenities for cooking. The pool is a nice feature, and the gym has suitable cardio equipment and weights for 1-2 people working out (which there were none during our stay).

Cons:

The room lacks any windows that can open or ventilation, resulting in the room getting quite stuffy overnight. This made it hard to breathe, especially having just arrived in Mexico City and having not yet acclimatized to the high altitude. It felt suffocating at night, despite having a fan, which made sleep very difficult. Furthermore, the bed is quite small and not ideal for a couple.

Il n'y a pas de fenêtre qui s'ouvrent un peu dans la chambre. il n'y a pas de climatisation il faisait très chaud dans l'appartement. Bienvenue éponge ni produit vaisselle pour pouvoir laver après manger le rapport qualité-prix est très élevé vous pouvez trouver beaucoup mieux pour beaucoup moins cher

Front desk and staff is super nice, room is spacious with a kitchen area, and cleaners come daily. Literally everything was walking distance from here and we enjoyed the rooftop everyday. This hotel was a steal!

Cons:

A little hard to access via uber/taxi because it's by a busy culdesac. When you don't have luggage, I recommend you get dropped off/picked up on the street over.
