Pros:

Wir haben unser über Expedia gebuchtes und im Voraus bezahltes Zimmer nicht bekommen. Der Betreiber würde nicht mehr mit Expedia zusammenarbeiten. Man wüsse zwar wer das Geld bekommen hat, würde es aber nicht bekommen können. Wir wurden 30min da sitzen gelassen. Das Zimmer haben wir schlussendlich nicht bekommen. Expedia hat allerdings alles anstandslos erstattet. Wir mussten aber dennnoch einen halben Urlaubstag investieren um spontan ein anderes Hotel zu finden.

El hotel es acogedor, la vista del piso superior restaurante es muy bonita, pero lastimosamente tuve algunos inconvenientes en mi visita.
Al ingreso nos indicaron que no habia habitaciones (habia reservado previamente via pagina hotels.com dos habitaciones cuadruples familiares por 2 noches para 4 adultos y 2 niños menores de 5 años) me ofrecieron en su lugar una habitacion familiar con capacidad para 8 personas. Al siguiente dia la administradora me pidio disculpas indicando que si queria cambiarme de habitacion e indique que no era necesario, sin embargo cuando volvimos en la noche nos habian cambiado nuestras pertenencias de la habitación a otra familiar (sin previa comunicación o autorización). Debido a esto nos daban la cortesia del desayuno el cual estuvo bien. Nos facilitaron 2 toallas y 4 jabones, 2 ph, no shampoo (previa solicitud ambas noches). En las politicas de la pagina Hotels menciona que acepta tarjetas de crédito, pero en el lugar indicaron que no, solor por transferencia o efectivo. Detalles que deben mejorarse ya que el lugar esta en una zona con una vista privilegiada y libre del ruido del centro.
