Value for money. Air conditioning works well and it was clean.
The room door and bathroom door had some finishing touches pending. But that was not an issue for me.
It was good for my last day in Punta Cana since I had a morning flight. There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, beach clubs close by ( use uber, don’t walk alone in that area)
The room smelled a bit musty, the worst part was waking up at 2 am because it was insanely hot in the room and finding out that the electricity is cut off at certain times so I had to leave the room and went to the airport way earlier than planned. Also was told by the uber drivers that it wasn’t safe to walk around alone in that area as I could be robbed but uber is widely available and there are many good options through uber eats.

La instalación es como yo esperaba, cumplía todos los requerimientos que pedí, cómodo ,limpio. La señora Mary muy amable hasta el final. Me sentí muy bien.
La movilidad no se ubicaba fácilmente para llegar al lugar y recogerme para ir a los tours.
No tenía sábanas para arroparse las colchas para mi que soy alérgico al polvo lo sentí rápidamente pero para una persona que no sufra de alergias excelente para pasar la noche

Nice sitting area. But there should be a sign with a rule of silence between 22:00 and 8:00.
Owner is nice and communicative.
The room was wet and stinky.
No cleaning service, resp. it's paid. I asked only to take out the trash and clean (sweep) the floor what is a matter of 3 minutes = 15 USD (25 USD if you want to change bedsheet and beddings). We have never experienced this. That's why I cannot recommend this accomodation for more than 3 nights.
TV was not working well.
