Pros:

Het was erg fijn. De eigenaar en zijn zoon waren vanaf het eerste moment zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Dit gaf direct een welkom gevoel.
Zo werd ik meegenomen naar een restaurant vlakbij waar ik met een andere gast okonomiyaki heb gegeten. De volgende avond nodigde de eigenaar en zijn zoon ons uit om naar speciale Japanse danstraining te gaan kijken vlakbij het hotel. Erg indrukwekkend.

De kamer was comfortabel en fijn om een eigen toilet te hebben. S’nachts kon ik de de schuifdeur naar buiten open zetten waar een hor is zat. Daardoor voelde het lekker koel in de kamer. Het bed was fijn. Alles was aanwezig. De gezamenlijke douche en badruimte was comfortabel. Met het schema van ontbijten en gebruik van de badkamer was alles duidelijk en goed geregeld. Iedere ochtend stond er een heerlijk ontbijt klaar met 2 versgebakken warme broodjes en een croissant. Warm uit de oven. Zelf gebakken. Eerder was het het ook een bakkerij. Nu een guesthouse. Het was gezellig met de andere gasten. Soms aten we wat samen of speelde een spelletje. De keuken was uitgebreid en er waren veel dingen die je kon gebruiken. Zoals oa.noodles, water, sausjes en thee. Je kon zelf iets klaarmaken. Was ook een magnetron en een oventje.

Ik kwam speciaal voor de eilanden en kunst. Prachtig!! Omdat ik soms met de bus ging en ook werd opgehaald met de auto was dit heel goed te doen. Erg vriendelijk dat het als service erbij zat.
Ik kan deze plek iedereen aanbevelen.

Pros:

Fantastic facilities and convenience for accessing temples on the Shikoku 88 pilgrimage (similar to feel to an alberque in Spain). Host was so welcoming and explained all the facilities, which were great - full bathroom, laundry and kitchen facilities. I didn't use the kitchen, and ate at a local okonomiyaki place (the host walked me there to make sure all was ok). Price included breakfast, and I was able to leave my pack there while I went out walking, collecting it later in the day.
