Clean hotel although the hot water ran out at times
Pros:

It was clean

Cons:

Sometimes the hot water ran out. In fact one morning nothing but muddy water came out of the taps.
Had to buy my own bug spray because of mosquitoes in the room. No sauna or roof top bar as advertised.
Restaurant was only breakfast. Bed was as hard as a rock

Typical outdated vietnamese hotel living on what they have invested 20 years ago. To avoid.
Pros:

I guess the location is ok for work purposes.

Cons:

Outdated and dark room, really noisy when facing the main street. Room isn't clean. Breakfast is hands down one of the worse I ever had. Overall it just doesn't worth the price.
