The property is clean and nice, amazing staffs. However, the location is congested. Crazy traffic to get there. It’s located in the old Delhi so the area is not top notch but the Hotel is clean

Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel The Pearl. The staff are extremely friendly and always ready to help or have a nice conversation. They really make you feel welcome. The breakfast is good and well organized.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. I did not experience any noise during my stay, which made it very relaxing.

One small point for improvement: sometimes staff members stay in one of the rooms and smoke there, which can occasionally be noticeable.

Overall, I had a very nice stay. Thank you to the team at Hotel The Pearl for the hospitality.

Good location, but very noisy rooms, unreliable facilities and unprofessional service – would not recommend.
Pros:

The location was good and convenient for getting around the city. It was relatively easy to reach central areas of New Delhi.

Cons:

The room was extremely noisy and poorly insulated. You could clearly hear conversations, footsteps and other noises from the corridor and nearby rooms. The air conditioning did not work properly. Hot water in the shower was very unreliable, sometimes there was hot water and sometimes not. Room service was inconsistent and not always available. Communication with the staff was difficult as very few spoke English. Overall the service felt unprofessional. Breakfast was a buffet only on the first day; the remaining days everything had to be ordered from an à la carte menu instead (even tho it was included in the booking) which was unexpected and poorly organized. We checked out early to a different hotel to not ruin our vacation.

Hot water is not running 24/7, and it’s not safe for white people to walk in that area.

Pros:

Good modern hotel in walking distance to busy New Delhi train station. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with our requests for them to accept parcels and hold bags between our two visits. Nice food.

Cons:

Request a room at back of hotel as front rooms are on very busy, noisy street.

Bella la hall dell’hotel…. Bella la camera spaziosa ma senza finestra e purtroppo dava sulla strada( rumore tutta la notte) e si deve dormire con i tappi! Ma la cosa più allucinante e’ che la stanza 302 e’ sotto la cucina e quindi rumori continui per tutta la notte. Se fossimo rimasti a dormire anche la seconda notte ci saremmo fatti cambiare la stanza! Bello veramente il bagno con vetro nella doccia.. set cortesia con patatine noccioline caffe te! L’hotel e’ valido per 2/3 notti! Comodo il letto. buona la colazione e pure la cena. Wifi inesistente!

We were given double room instead of our booked triple room upon check-in. We requested for a change and the triple room given was dusty and not so clean. The Paharganj area is so dirty and dusty. The traffic was horrible. It was difficult for us to get a Uber and Bharat Taxi from that area during our stay.
