Удобное расположение, комфортные номера.
Pros:

Сам отель хорош - новый чистый, комфортные кровати, просторные номера. Завтрак - так себе, но все необходимое есть: мюсли, яйца, иогурт, бананы, рис и бобовые намазки очень острые - особо не полакомишься, но голодным не останешься. Расположение очень удобное - рядом ЖД вокзал, улица с магазинами, где можно безбоязненно ч-л приобрести, а для тех, кто посмел ее - огромный подземный Молл.

Cons:

Немного разочаровало отношение персонала: при внешней радушности и предупредительности полное равнодушие к жильцам. На второй день что-то случилось с кухней и завтрак не подавали. Никто не предупредил, не предложил каких-то вариантов замены. Пришлось самим расспрашивать и просить хотя бы банан и иогурт. Принесли в номер. При заселении сказали, что дают нам номер лучше и просторнее, но и денег взяли больше за это. Тоже неприятный штрих. В условиях бронирования был заявлен бесплатный трансфер в/из аэропорта. Мы приехали из Агры на ЖД вокзал и на нашу просьбу встретить, ответили - ловите такси. Ну, ок, думаем, может только из аэропорта положено встречать...По отъезде опять обратились с просьбой отвезти в аэропорт. Ответ- 1500рупий. Тут уж мы давай им демонстрировать наше бронирование, объяснять, что бесплатно обещали. Тогда они согласились. Тоже неприятно.

Pros:

The hotel was modern and the rooms were well equipped.
Tea and coffee facilities and a fridge , also I had a balcony .
Only a short Tuk Tuk away from the main centre . Abhizekit Panday the manager and Raja and all rhe staff were very help with information i required .

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff!! Very easy to find!! All amenities taken care off, very clean everywhere including the room

I did not like anything about the property.

Cons:

It was situated in a busy almost industrial part of Delhi most of the shops selling hardware. Breakfast was pathetic and I asked for a bathmat and they sent me a door mat. The hot water was on only from 4am until 1 pm and on the day I left which was 5:30 I went to have a shower at 4:40 no hot water, I asked for a hand towel they sent me one and I looked at the label it said Gleneagles Hospital Johor, which is in Malaysia. Whoever at booking.com gave this hotel a 9:1 should be shot or they must be bribed or blind.

The property is clean and nice, amazing staffs. However, the location is congested. Crazy traffic to get there. It’s located in the old Delhi so the area is not top notch but the Hotel is clean
