Can't Recommend...
Pros:

Location. Hot water worked. Screened-in Shower.

Cons:

1. Roaches!
2. I had to stand on bed to turn on AC, which was on a timer
3. Grimy shower walls
4. Bed looked and felt like it was just slept in
5. No TV Remote
6. Water line to toilet tank leaks
7. No Washcloth
8. Busted Wardrobe

Loved the apartment, almost felt bad when i needed to go out.
