Too much furniture in the room - like it was a storage place!
Clean and tidy and amazing location for The Hyde park gig
Nothing I don’t like
chambre petite mais pour un court séjour c'est suffisant - salle de bains propre et agréable - personnel très sympathique - attention pas de clim…
Nothing
Small, poky room
I felt vulnerable as open space outside bathroom window could be accessed, no clear fire policy
Very good bathroom and close to Paddington underground. Clean and fine for one night
Quite an uncomfortable and creaky bed, just rolling over makes so much noise.
Great location - and had parking but make sure you ring and ask because it’s not guaranteed as I was reminded 25 times by a manager who was very upset they had to move their car, even though I had called prior to arriving and was told to ask about parking at reception and it wouldn’t be an issue.
No air con, which in the London heat in a heatwave is less than ideal.
1 manager was very rude too.
Good location and was reasonable and comfy. Good value for the price.
Nothing
Wasn’t the hotel I booked it was the hotel next door, it was musty and the bed was unusable so I had to leave and book into another hotel
Location
Room was smelly, they have changed the room, but the new room had its own issues: door lock was not secure, I did not feel safe to sleep over the night, I had to put a chair behind the door to ensure it won’t open. It was no kettle in the room. Shower head was dirty. When you open the window, you could see big rats.
A strange experience. It was like sleeping in an antique shop. A bit over priced for what it was. Not a bad experience.
I met with quite a hostile man in reception. I was exhausted after a 2 & a half hour delay with y train & the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming.
Reception I got when I arrived
