Pros:

The Baan is my home away from home in Bangkok. I love everything about it. The room is so beautiful and spacious. The staff is incredible (thank you Tong) and the position between Chinatown and Song Wat is just perfect.

Hi all. We had a great stay here, very differs to the usual Bangkok. Our hostess Tong was excellent. She was really on point with her restaurant recommendations, and handled all our travel needs. This property has real character, for those looking for quaint old world charm. Pls do visit🤘

Hasil restorasi bangunan tua yg sgt bagus, pengalaman menginap yg menyenangkan. Kamar luas, bersih dengan desain klasik. Kamar mandi luas, bersih dengan pencahayaan yang terang. Lingkungan sangat tenang meskipun jaraknya dekat dari Yaowarat. Tentu saya ingin kembali menginap disini

Pros:

Baan 2459 is stunning heritage house in the middle of Chinatown. It is atmospheric and peaceful I almost felt I was stepping in the past. Tong the host was wonderful. She gave me tips every day from the best streetfood stalls and even phoned my hairdresser to let them know I would be late to my appointment due the traffic one day. I rarely leave reviews but I had so an enchanting stay here.

Die Lage ist top, mitten in China Town, viele Bars, Restaurants um die Ecke, der nächste Bootsanleger ist nicht weit. Das Hotel hat einen wunderschönen Innenhof, guten Kaffee und hervorragendes Essen. Am Besten ist aber das Personal, das unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit ist. Herausragend! Ich bin selten so nett und herzlich aufgenommen. Das Zimmer ist war wunderbar!

Cons:

Etwas viel Lärm nachts, aber das ist wohl in Bangkok überall so. Die Stadt ist eben immer laut und das Hotel ist nun mal ein altes Gebäude mit Geschichte und... damit natürlich alten Fenstern ;-).

Jätte fint ställe, men ljudnivån från gatorna utanför var för mycket för mig.
Pros:

Renoverad gammalt hus med charm. Fin trädgård. Bra läge i Chinatown and nära till den hypade Song Wat road. Mycket trevlig personal, mysiga rum. Hade ett stort vardagsrum, sovrum och badrum. Mycket bra massage i samma hus.

Cons:

Skulle inte rekommendera hotellet för ljuskänsliga personer. Fönsterna är en-glas fönster och fram till midnatt var ljudnivån extrem hög, både från bilarna och vägbyggen utanför, samt från parkeringen rakt nedanför mitt rum.
