Excellent Service with a Few Minor Areas for Improvement
Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant. I especially appreciated the good service and the convenient location. Everything was well organized, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

Sometimes they forget to replace the towels and occasionally miss it, but whenever I contacted them, they brought them immediately. Excellent service overall, with just a little room for improvement.

WONDERFUL
Pros:

Everything! The location, the beautiful suite decoration, the facilities and especially the organised activities - yoga, Pilates, pizza nights, karaoke and more. They really added something special to the stay. A huge thank you to Oksana, the wonderful yoga and Pilates instructor, who was incredibly professional, caring and attentive and went above and beyond to help me. A truly lovely experience overall.

Great accommodation but have to inform guests of the breakfast
Pros:

We were not in not told or informed prior to our stay that is was a meat free breakfast and seemed to only cater for the majority culture/religion that was staying there. They should cater for all

שהינו 4 לילות במתחם. היה מקסים ומהנה! החדרים נקיים, מרווחים ומאובזרים.מאוד. הצוות בקבלה אדיב ונכון לסייע בכל מה שנדרש. יש 2 בריכות במתחם, חדר כושר, פילאטיס על הגג ועוד.. בהחלט אשמח לחזור!

Cons:

אחת מהוילות עם הבריכה הומרה לחדר האוכל. ארוחת הבוקר טעימה אך נחמד שתהיה מגוונת יותר וכשמגיעה קבוצת אנשים לפעמים צריך להמתין כדי לשבת יחד.

Pleasant stay but definitely the experience and running of the Liv&Co could definitely be better.
Pros:

The accommodation was great for our visit and very comfortable. Excellent outside balcony for morning coffee to watch the sunrise. Large fridge with equipped kitchen. The decor was tasteful pleasant with a modern feel. The apartment was also clean with fresh linen and soft towels.

Cons:

Breakfast is served every morning in one of the Villas but honestly not worth paying for as an extra! We were unable to sit on a table to accommodate our party of 3 on a few occasions in the first week as staff members would take up larger tables where they would have meetings every morning. Single person or coupled guests would sit on tables for 4 with no organised service. Every day there was 3 hot plates which had the same scrambled eggs or fried eggs or eggs mixed with tomato. There was a chief in the kitchen and in my opinion the fried eggs could have been cooked on order rather than left to over cook in the hot plates also maybe change and add another hot breakfast dish. We decided on our second week to ask for takeaway containers and just take fresh fruit and eat in our room. It’s a good concept but definitely can be managed and run better.

The roof top swimming pool is actually in another building which was fine with a boutique feel which we enjoyed but the problem is they have an amazing bar area that was never serviced during the day! A great opportunity was missed to serve iced coffees, cocktails, and beers which we would have gladly purchased whilst using pool area.

Pros:

Unfortunately, our stay was not what we expected. After our arrival, we were informed of an additional €40 pet fee, even though this was not clearly disclosed during the booking process. There was also no mention anywhere that BBQs were not allowed, which resulted in us having to throw away food we had already bought. The biggest issue was that the refrigerator was broken when we arrived, causing us to lose food and drinks worth around €150.
We would especially like to thank the property manager, who was kind, professional, and did everything he could to help us. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the rest of the staff, who were rude and not very helpful.
Despite these issues, we still had a nice time overall, and we appreciate that they eventually tried to resolve the refrigerator problem. We hope these issues will be addressed so future guests can have a better experience.
