El recepcionista Edgar y persona que nos atendió en todo momento fue un encanto. Me dio pena no poderme despedir de él. Siempre con una sonrisa en la cara. Además de ayudarnos en todo lo posible

Lovely courtyard, nice tented breakfast nook, lush gardens, we liked the old style decor, included breakfast was delicious.

Location was close enough to the central park. Very helpful staff. The town itself was charming, picturesque, but more expensive than expected.

Cons:

Internet was patchy, if you had to work remotely it wasn't adequate.

El personal que nos atendió muy amable! El desayuno era rico, claro no te preguntan que quieres de desayunar, simplemente te lo sirven y ya, peroooo para nosotras no fue problema. Ocupé en la madrugada hacer una llamada a una farmacia y ellos me ayudaron con muchisimo gusto!

Preciosa casa colonial
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, parece un museo. Es una casa colonial cuidada al detalle con habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Muy bien ubicado al lado del Tanque La Unión.

Cons:

No le doy un 10 porque la presión de la ducha era nula y fue el único hotel de los 8 en los que me alojé en Guatemala en el que no disponían de 1 secador de pelo en recepción para prestar. Creo que es algo fácil de mejorar que puede hacer que tu estancia pase a excelente.

Quaint chacterful hotel, good location.
Pros:

Lovely hacienda style, good central location. Breakfast included. Complementary two bottles of water. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Very noisy room off the lounge, breakfast area. Bed too hard and pillows too firm and fat. Small shower room with not nice smell from the drains. Building works going on so noisy from early, our second day woke to a pick up truck driving into the centre of the area outside our room taking away/ delivering building materials!
