Preciosa casa colonial
Pros:

El hotel es precioso, parece un museo. Es una casa colonial cuidada al detalle con habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas. Muy bien ubicado al lado del Tanque La Unión.

Cons:

No le doy un 10 porque la presión de la ducha era nula y fue el único hotel de los 8 en los que me alojé en Guatemala en el que no disponían de 1 secador de pelo en recepción para prestar. Creo que es algo fácil de mejorar que puede hacer que tu estancia pase a excelente.

Quaint chacterful hotel, good location.
Pros:

Lovely hacienda style, good central location. Breakfast included. Complementary two bottles of water. Friendly staff.

Cons:

Very noisy room off the lounge, breakfast area. Bed too hard and pillows too firm and fat. Small shower room with not nice smell from the drains. Building works going on so noisy from early, our second day woke to a pick up truck driving into the centre of the area outside our room taking away/ delivering building materials!

Ubicación e instalaciones inmejorables. Todo muy bonito.
Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

La ducha no tenia agua caliente y el clima allí es fresco por la mañana y por la noche. Es algo que se podría mejorar.

Nettes kleines Hotel, schöner Innenhof. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Relativ teuer im Vergleich zur Leistung und zu anderen Unterkünften, in denen ich in Antigua war. Das Frühstück ist eher schlicht.

El lugar maravilloso, muy acogedor y linda decoración. La habitacion muuuuy cómoda y el baño super lindo, además de que todo se veía muy pulcro.

Helpful & Friendly Staff
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the park and local cafes, shops and sights but also private with many areas to relax in. The breakfast is tipico but wholesome and the staff (Karla and the Senor who helps with the luggage security) are so friendly and kind. Karla suggested a bakery for a birthday cake and it was amazing.

Cons:

The water is warm but not hot and takes a very long time heat up. It would have been an amazing place if this is corrected. Also, due to the central location, traffic noise can be bothersome to some people.
