Pros:

El lugar maravilloso, muy acogedor y linda decoración. La habitacion muuuuy cómoda y el baño super lindo, además de que todo se veía muy pulcro.

Cons:

El desayuno bien, aunque la cantidad no era tanto.

Helpful & Friendly Staff
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to the park and local cafes, shops and sights but also private with many areas to relax in. The breakfast is tipico but wholesome and the staff (Karla and the Senor who helps with the luggage security) are so friendly and kind. Karla suggested a bakery for a birthday cake and it was amazing.

Cons:

The water is warm but not hot and takes a very long time heat up. It would have been an amazing place if this is corrected. Also, due to the central location, traffic noise can be bothersome to some people.

Pequeño hotel con personal muy amable.
Pros:

La ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal.
Tuve un problema en la habitación asignada . En todo momento el personal intentó encontrar una solución y al día siguiente me cambiaron a una habitación agradable.

Cons:

Varias habitaciones tienen una decoración algo sobrecargada. Quizás deberían pensar que "menos es más".

Otra cosa que me molestó es que en el jardín y las zonas comunes suele haber música ambiental a un volumen bastante alto. Eso sucede aunque no haya nadie en esas zonas. La música se siente dentro de la habitación, lo cual es muy desagradable.

Beautiful and clean hotel in the perfect location. Does not have 24/7 reception or security!

Agradable pero puede mejorar mucho.

El personal es amable y excelente ubicación.

Cons:

El espacio del hotel no está bien aprovechado, no funcionaba el lavamanos de nuestro baño y nos hicieron esperar como 2 horas y luego cuando ya estaba listo nuevamente tenía fuga entonces nuevamente lo arreglaron y hubo más espera. La ducha con mala presión de agua.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel en plein centre d'Antigua, propre et confortable. Petit bonus, on nous a accomodé pour un petit-déjeuner plus tôt le dernier jour car nous partions pour le volcan.

Good location. Make sure what room you are given. Some rooms are in terrible condition

Great Location, breakfast and staff was friendly

Cons:

They gave us terrible room for first night. Room # 6 right at the entrance, broken door and the hot water didn't work. Room was in terrible condition for what we paid it was not worthed and we couldn't sleep because of the noise. Right next to kitchen so you coupd heat them

The next day we changed our room and it was better. No issue in second night.
