Séjour agréable, proche de toutes commodités (monument, shopping fashion, shopping tourisme)
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel dans une rue pas si bruyante, proche des endroits à visiter, proche de magasin de shopping tendance, située devant un petit parc et du central market, personnel très aimable et chambre propre

Cons:

Chambre pas assez bien insonorisé mais il faut savoir que HCMC est bruyante dès le matin

Hôtel très bien situé pour un court séjour
Pros:

- La qualité du personnel. Nous avons eu un problème de wifi dans notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée, et ils ont immédiatement accepté de nous changer de chambre afin d’améliorer notre séjour
- L'emplacement est top. Nous sommes à côté de Ben Thanh Market, Sai Gon Square et des transports.
- La propreté de la chambre

Cons:

- L’établissement est assez simple, et les chambres mériteraient probablement un petit rafraîchissement. Mais cela convient au rapport qualité/prix
- Les draps sont tachés

A clean room in a very good location.

The room was clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and helpful too.

Cons:

I'm a light sleeper. So I got disturbed a few times in the night by the noise of traffic. My husband who is not a light sleeper got to sleep very well though. So no, I'm not complaining really.

Belle chambre mais bruyante
Pros:

Logement propre et rapidement disponible.
Chambre de belle taille et bien décorée.

Cons:

Nuisances sonores venant des fenêtres côté boulevard. Mal insonorisée et qui ne ferme pas correctement, d'où beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans le nuit.

Cons:

Our room was very dirty on arrival and we were given dirty towels. Mattress was thin and uncomfortable and walls were thin so it was noisy.

Super lief en behulpzaam personeel!
Pros:

De locatie is top en prijs kwaliteit is het een prima hotel! Vooral het personeel is zo aardig en zo behulpzaam. Ik was mijn tasje vergeten in de taxi en ik ben zo goed geholpen. Alleen daarom zou ik het al aanraden!

Cons:

Het is een beetje verjaard, maar voor de prijs echt prima.

침구는 세탁을 하지 않은 듯 더럽고 얼룩이 많이 묻어 있었어요. 또한 직원은 별로 부지런하지 않았고 숙소에 있어야 할것들을 제대로 챙겨주지 않았지만 가성비를 보고 선택한 호텔이라 이해하고 넘어가기로 했습니다. 도착한 첫날 우리가 가야할 장소를 물었을때 친절히 응대해 줘서 꽤 괜찮은 직원이라고 생각을 했었는데 그건 우리들의 완전한 착각이었어요. 체크아웃후 몇시간쯤 지났을 때 왓츠앱으로 리셉션 직원이라면서 개인 메세지가 왔고 우리가 예약한 방 두 개에 대한 지불을 했는지, 하나만 했는지를 물었습니다. 그래서 당연히 도착했을 때 방 두 개값을 지불했다 했더니 알았다고 하더라고요. 그리고 한참 있다 다시 메세지를 보내서, 착오가 있어서 그러는데 '내가 방 한개 값만 지불했고 나머지 금액을 어떻게 이체하면 되겠느냐'는 메세지를 복사해서 자기한테 보내달라고 하더라구요. 그러면서 자기를 도와달라고. 자신을 위해서 가짜 메세지를 한 번만 보내달라고 사정을 하면서 저한테는 절대 책임이 없다고 아주 장황하게 늘어 놓더라구요. 여자들끼리 여행하니 아주 만만하게 본건지. 하도 어이가 없어서 방 2개 값을 도착할 당시에 지불완료했고 그래서 체크인이 가능했으며 체크아웃 또한 가능했다. 내 여행을 더이상 방해하지 말라고 분명하게 말하고 부킹닷컴에 신고 했네요. 한국분들~~~~현금 결제 하시더라도 반드시 영수증 챙기시고 체크아웃한 이후에도 꼭 보관하세요. 아예 동영상을 찍으세요. 이 직원이 제가 비행기를 탔는지까지 물어보더라구요. 물리적으로 대응을 할 수 있는지 없는지를 확인하려고. 이후에 호텔측으로부터 정중한 사과의 메세지를 받았고 그 직원은 제발 부킹닷컴에 후기를 올리지 말라 사정하는 메세지를 보냈지만 베트남 여행의 말미에 이런 어처구니 없는 경험을 하고 보니 화가 나서 부들부들 떨리기도 하고 베트남에 대해 좋았던 기억이 많이 손상되는 느낌입니다. 물론 호텔측의 잘못은 아니라지만 직원을 잘못 교육시킨 책임을 물어 이 후기를 올립니다. 여행자 분들, 특히 한국분들 늘 조심하시고 이런 개인메세지 일절 응대하지 마시고 영수증 꼭 잘 챙기세요. 이 직원이 둥글둥글 순하게 생겼어서 그냥 믿었더랍니다. 인상보고 판단하시 마시길~~~!

Super Lage. Man kann fast alles zu Fuß erreichen. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Zimmer wurden nur nach Aufforderung gemacht. Keine Karten Zahlung möglich. Sehr kleines Zimmer.

Good District One Stay
Pros:

Good location, nearby good cafes and restaurants, central location in Ho Chi Minh City so it was easy to get to sightseeing. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Plus there was a cute cat too.

Cons:

Street noise, and the room was on the smaller side.
