Pros:

Очень понравился персонал, помогали во всём, были очень приветливыми и доброжелательными, спасибо им за всё!

Хорошее расположение, на спокойной улице напротив парка, рядом есть всё необходимое. Обмен валют напротив, нужно пройти через парк, курс обычный)

Очень доступные цены на стирку в отеле, постирали мне, чем за сутки, всё было чистое и ароматное, заплатили совсем не дорого)

На ресепшн продаются напитки, цены тоже очень приемлемые, удобно было не бежать в супермаркет за водой, а просто купить там.

Удобные широкие кровати, спали очень хорошо. Кондиционер хороший, не шумный.

Cons:

Это наверное в целом особенность Вьетнама - очень тесно) Узенькие коридоры, маленький лифт.

Почему-то не было мыла) Мы просто купили в 7/11, но это всё же немного странно)

Location great, but need better cleaning service.

Not clean. Linen was dirty with stains, human hairs about the place and in bed also. Water in bathroom also takes a long time to warm up.

Pros:

Great location near the park

Cons:

Mattresses were quite firm
Had to take stairs up to the last floor, as lift only went to 6th floor.
But the receptionist helped with my suitcase

Great value for my budget
Pros:

The room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. Everything functioned as it should.
Good location and friendly, helpful staff. Park across the road seemed to give the location some air. Some good restaurants and an exceptional Banh Mi stand nearby.
