Olivia's Staycation 1827

Check in day was the day Davao had a big earthquake. I was in the abreeza mall beside the property and we had to evacuate out of the mall. That was around 1130-12pm I messaged the host if the apartment is still safe as it’s in Inspiria- a high rise build and IF they can let us check in early as we were just outside the property. The host agreed to let us check in BUT in different apartment. NOT apartment 1827, was given a different apartment, host said it was in the lower level but ended up getting 1824 (same floor as the room originally booked), I think it was a smaller room and definitely a smaller bed. Check in was very efficient, just need to fill in a few forms and you get your apartment keys in about 10 minutes. About 2 hours later, around 2pm the host messaged me if I can pay extra 150php or 100 per hour for the early check in which I didn’t agree before letting us in. I refused to pay extra as the room was a bit of a downgrade from the apartment 1827- based on the photos. Host did not reply after that message. The property itself is fully equipped, but the bed is not great. And there’s dirty glass- half full in the fridge.
