Một ấn tượng ko đẹp về chủ căn hộ ở Flamingo Hải Tiến. Nếu có quay lại đây mình cũng ko book phòng ở đây
Cons:

Mình không hài lòng và cực kỳ bực mình về cách sử sự của chủ căn hộ đối với khách hành đã book phòng qua booking. Chủ căn hộ lật lọng cho khách ngoài thuê từ chối khi mình đặt phòng trước đã được xác nhận và yêu cầu mình huỷ phòng. Buộc mình phải tìm phòng khác ko ưng ý Khách hàng hoàn toàn mất quyền lợi ko được nhân viên booking hỗ trợ. Mình đã khiếu lại qua chat tuy nhiên ko đk hỗ trợ thoả đáng. Nếu có chuyến đi lần sau. Chắc chắn booking ko phải là lựa chọn đk mình ưu tiên.

Gggggrrrreaaaaaaat especially if you can eat anything
Pros:

Amazing apartment , really liked the place we stayed at in the hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for our trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay there again!

Cons:

was disappointed with the breakfast. There were only two options, and I didn’t like either of them, so I ended up skipping breakfast. I hope they can offer more variety in the future.
