The property location. staffs all are good, I have not anything to say for them.
The problem, I faced by booking the taxi from the hotel to go and return from the city center, it's about 22~24 km from the hotel. The total amount was - VND450K, they dropped me at around 7 pm and told whenever I finish, I should call them and they would pick up me, there was no time bound. So I called them after 2 am and raining heavily that time also, as I was assured that the pick up would be arranged by them. But they refused and as well as switched off the mobile. I took the taxi from the city center and it took VND1200K instead of total VND450K, as the driver was not able to find the hotel by Google map and reception's mobile was off. Once I came to the hotel, I paid by card to them and they paid to the taxi driver. The hotel charged me VND250K for the dropping + VND1200K for hiring the taxi for the return. They should not switch off the mobile, at least guide the taxi to come to hotel properly, as I was new and very problem to communication as well.
De kamers waren zoals verwacht. Familiekamer met raam en een 2 persoonskamer met een raam naar de gang dus niet naar buiten. Douchen leek wel erg krap. Wij hebben er alleen een paar uurtjes geslapen.
De eigenaar heeft ons snel opgehaald van het vliegveld tegen een vergoeding.
Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto, in 20 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere. La nostra camera non era grandissima ma era pulita. Non si sentiva nessun rumore dall’esterno e neanche quello degli aerei.

The staff was super helpful and very kind, got picked up from airport and a short drive to hotel for sleep. Very good price on the shuttle service and the room.
The AC didn’t work, but there was a fan. The beds had like a plastic cover under the sheets so it got little hot.

Awesome place, 5mins form the airport. Warm and welcoming hosts. Enormous room with AC, shower with hot water. Good place also to grab lunch, they will prepare it on the spot

Clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly staff but they speak zero English. Check in seemed available anytime which is very good
No lift have to carry luggage up stairs. If you are flying allow extra time as it took me ages for an Grab to accept my booking from this location
Clean linen, hot water, very comfortable bed, fridge, no kettle. It's an easy walk from where buses drop people for the airport. Ticks all the boxes for an overnight stay near the airport.....even walking to the airport only takes about 20 mins
