You get what you pay for
Pros:

The location is convenient due to the proximity to I-10. The staff in the lobby was very pleasant and friendly when checking in and out. Cleaning staff was courteous.

Cons:

Well, you get what you pay for. The rooms are very basic and sort of cold. There was no desk and the microwave was barely working. The motel itself is surrounded by homeless people who were quite noisy, however, they were not audible from inside the room. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable, but definitely nothing to brag about.

My day was excellent and comfortable perfect stay as usual.
Pros:

The fact that the place was close to Walmart and 7-Eleven is a big win also close to Bill Miller BBQ restaurant location which is a great thing and the fact that the bus can drop you right there at the front door almost and pick you up very close from the motel 6 location
