Frustrating at start.
Pros:

The location close to the old city centre of Baden was excellent and the double room was comfortable.

Cons:

The self check-in for two rooms via their app was very confusing and very clumsy to use. The booking and room numbers were challenging to find. Where to park in the car park below the hotel was also not clear and the price (30 CHF a day) was high. It was rather unnerving that there was no personnel to ask except for the lady in the bar/cafeteria.

Good location, online check in,

Cons:

no towels upon arrival, there doesn't seem to be a ventilation or HVAC in the room, breakfast is very basic at the best, price is high and does not deliver. Shower gel was not added during my stay and it was empty. The toilet is not organized well, there is no where to place your hand towel. There does not seem to be a drain in the toilet so if you are not careful prepare for a flood. There are much better options in Baden

Super Lage, Grundsätzlich alles i.O.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war an einem Tag alles super (vermutlich war ich der erste Gast), an einem anderen Tag hat man es verpasst das Frühstücksbuffet nach zu bestücken.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und mein kleines Problem beim Check in wurde vom Personal sehr rasch und freundlich gelöst

Cons:

Die Fenster sind sehr undicht wodurch auch der Strasse Lärm gut eindringt, könnte wahrscheinlich mittels stellschraube behoben werden.

Tolle Lage, super Aussicht. Sehr sauber, hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Auch der Kaffee schmeckt.
