A localização. Realmente fica ao lado tanto da 25 de março quanto da Santa Efigênia.

Cons:

Os quartos da frente são insuportavelmente barulhentos, a noite é impossível dormir. As acomodações todas muito antigas, fizeram uma foto do banheiro, mas somente a parte que tinha lajota e pia, mas o banheiro tinha limo nas paredes e o piso do chuveiro esta deslizando de tanto sujo, pedimos a troca de quarto, pois não tinha água, e fomos atendidos para um quarto nos mesmos moldes. Ou seja, muito ruim. Café da manhã, básico, bolo de caixa, café misturado com chá.

A localização do quarto, muito escondido, pensei até que estava no lugar errado.
O quarto parece que foi projetado para conseguirem acomodar mais pessoas, a estrutura em si não me agradou.

foi boa mas numa próxima viagem procurarei outro custo benefício
Pros:

localização muito boa pois eu estava em um evento no pavilhão Anhembi então a locomoção foi tranquila e ficou em conta, fácil de pegar uber e taxi.

Cons:

o meu quarto foi muito bom sem problema algum, porém o de colegas que estavam comigo reclamou do ar-condicionado parando e com barulho alto atrapalhando a dormir indico os quartos dos andares mais altos

A localização é excelente pra quem quer ir na 25 de março, fica bem central, o serviço de portaria é muito bom, todos muito educados, o café da manhã é um espetáculo.

Cons:

A fechadura do quarto estava com defeito, a cadeira do quarto estava quebrada, tive que pedir conserto já na chegada, como fui as compras, na madrugada, "tentei" dormir de dia, mas o barulho das camareiras no corredor, que era muito, não me deixou, elas gritando no corredor, o carrinho delas tbém, muito barulhento, acho que precisa ajustar algumas coisas, de resto tudo muito bom.
