More trouble than its worth.
Pros:

Location was close to the airport. Few shops and cafes near the place, guarded area, felt safe enough.

Cons:

Host was unresponsive giving AI generated answers. I asked about late checkouts as I had late flight the next day and he didn't even bother to answer until i was already checked out. No hot water in the shower, lightswitches are in really awkward places, careful before booking this place as the charges and other fees are almost 100% the amount of the place itself.

Our flight got delayed, but the Incharge who accommodated us is very kind that she wait for us. Will definitely recommen

The staff was super nice and friendly. Rhea waited for us to give us a key, she was very polite and nice
The room is exceptionally clean and has every thing you need, WiFi is working well, also Netflix!

Cons:

The only one small thing - there was no hot water in the shower .

Good value in a useful location, close to NIAI Terminal 3
Pros:

A good location, close to the airport's Terminal 3. The staff were helpful, especailly given our late arrival time. It was comfortable and very suitable.

Cons:

The blocking effect of the major road between the terminal and the property. The place itself was a little hard to identify from the information given, but our taxi driver helped, then we were welcomed helpfully by the guards at the condominium.

I chose this apartment because of the good reviews and the proximity to the airport, as I needed to spend the night somewhere between flights. I had a late arrival in Manila and I wrote to the apartment owner in advance about this, to which they replied that this was not a problem and they would be waiting for me. I got to the apartment by one o'clock in the morning, but they couldn't check me in, because the person responsible for my check-in fell asleep and they couldn't reach him.
The next day, they apologized to me and returned the money to the train. But that doesn't change the fact that I was left alone in an unfamiliar city in the middle of the night without a place to live.

Very good
Pros:

A very comfortable and quiet apartment within a short walk from Terminal 3. This apartment has only recently joined booking.com, and as early customers, we encountered a couple of teething problems. The owner, however, was extremely responsive to remedying these and we would happily stay here again if we were ever in Manila again. We'd expect this apartment will get excellent reviews in the future.
