Very terrible waste of money only stayed there one night

Scammers false advertisement they use the mall pictures to Lure people to book the property it’s not at Lenox mall it’s actually 12 minutes drive it’s not even a walkable distance at all and once it’s check in time they don’t respond their phone

Everything was great, comfort, cleanliness, location. Only had issues with the access to the condo

I will never stay here again.

Cons:

Communication with staff was awful. The person I was talking with has a voicemail not set up. We asked him for extra towels and never received them. The apartment was not clean when we arrived. There were no pillows for the bed nor were we able to get any. It was a non-smoking room, but there were cigarette butts on the patio, and the hallway of the building smelled like marijuana. And now the kicker, we were not aware that the second bedroom had also been rented out. So, we, two older women, shared the space with a single male. A stranger. We did not feel safe at all, so we left a day early. I do not recommend using this space. Oh, and that's not all; when we left the property and tried to come back in the gate, neither the keyfob we were given nor the combination we were given would work to open the gate. We had a gentleman behind us in his car, so we went behind him to go through the gate since our choices did not work. Very poor customer care
