初福岡泊でとても快適でした。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

清潔感があり良かった。
アメニティも良くて、自由に使えるペースもあり屋上にも上がれ部屋数少なかったので気にせず使えて、コンサート会場から近かったので良かったです。また利用したいです。

Cons:

泊まる少し前に連絡を頂き電話での対応が出来たらもっと安心でした。
外国の人が対応してるのかと思いました。
あと、ヘヤーアイロンが使用済みでちょっとスタイリング剤がついていた。

カジュアルでおしゃれな若い人向きなアパートメントですね。子供と一緒でしたので、大変満足しました。
Pros:

お部屋は清潔でした
バスタオルとフェイスタオルが
自宅で使用しているブランドでとても良かったです。
加湿器、除湿機、携帯の充電器もあり
コンセントもたくさんあり
大変助かりました。
3階フリースペースで卓球なども楽しめました
屋上からの眺めが最高でした✨
オフシーズンで格安で宿泊でき、大満足です。
ありがとうございました。

価格がちょっと高め！
Pros:

ペイペイDOMEまで徒歩約10分程度で近かった。
サニタリー等は充実していた。近くにコンビニがある。

Cons:

壁が薄く他の部屋の話し声や足音が響く、道路を大型車が走ると、地震かと思うくらい揺れる。利用料金が少々高めでキャンセルがきかない。

お値段が格安！野球観戦の際徒歩で行き来できるのがすごくいい！

Cons:

大通りに面してるため、夜は深夜2時ごろまで早朝は5時前ぐらいから車の音でなかなか寝付く事ができませんでした

観戦帰りの宿泊に利用しました
Pros:

清潔感があり、アメニティやタオルなどしっかり揃っていました。キッチンも様々な物が揃っていたので家族で宿泊するには良いと思います。
ドームからも徒歩で行ける範囲で観戦帰りの宿泊には最適でした。コンビニも近くにありました。

Cons:

シャワーのみです。自分はシャワーだけで良かったので問題ありませんでしたが湯船に入りたい方には向いていないかもしれません。

楽しかったです。
Pros:

すぐ前にバス停もあり、便利が良かったです。

Cons:

洗濯しようと思い洗濯機がある階に。
三階だったため少し疲れました。
乾燥機を使ったんですが1時間回したのですが、全く乾いておらず、暖かさもなかったので。

場所はいい
Pros:

Zeppに歩いて行けるところ

Cons:

立地上、夜中のバイクや車がうるさくて、全く寝付けませんでした。
あと、布団の下に敷くマットレスにシミがあり気持ち悪かったです。
布団もなんだか臭いがあったりと不快でした。

ドライヤーやUSB充電も揃っていました。

湯船が好きなので、シャワーのみだったこと。

Comfortable stay near Fukuoka Pay Pay Dome
Pros:

Firstly, all the staff we interacted with were extremely courteous and helpful. The location is excellent for attending a concert at Fukuoka Pay Pay Dome; it only took us 10-15 minutes to walk there and 20-25 minutes to return to the hotel. The amenities at the hotel were also great. They provided a hair straightener, a washer/dryer, and the room was always warm (we stayed in mid-December). The closest bus stop was a 3-minute walk away, the train station was 12 minutes away, and a convenience store was just 5 minutes away. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and we would stay there again! :)
