Wonderful stay at a great location with beautiful rooms.
Pros:

I loved the location! The room was wonderful.

Cons:

Check in was different, but not bad. Having no human to talk to regarding check in was a new experience for me.

Great amenities, great location, but needs bed upgrades.
Pros:

The amenities were excellent. I appreciated the nice bathtub, and washer/dryer combo available for use.

Cons:

The beds were too firm. I woke up frequently at night with back aches and had to switch to sleeping on the couch because it was softer than the bed.

Good option to stay close to Inari
Pros:

The place is very spacious and is close to the Fushimi Inari. Close to 2 stations. Very eash check-in and check-out and is a plus that they have a washing machine.

Cons:

They don't have elevator.

The self checkin style of this hotel is seamless. Simple instructions to follow. Even the washing machine instructions has its own manual in english. We can get ourselves checkin quickly because we don’t have to deal with anyone but ourselves. The room is spacious. They separate the toilet and shower room. The toilet seat is heated. The toilet slippers are the high quality type, it’s not like the ordinary hotel room slippers.

Cons:

It doesn’t have lift. We are lucky our room was at the 1st floor. Only 1 stairs up to bring our luggages and 2 strollers.
