とても良かったです。
Pros:

お部屋が綺麗でした。空気清浄機もありありがたかったです。

Cons:

しょうがない話ですがエレベーターが1つしかないので、急いでる方は早めに出た方がいいと思います。エレベーターに時間がかかる印象です。
