Beach 10min walk.
Like everywhere in da nang you can be lucky ghat somebody is building a house next door.
This is my second time here. I love all about it. Room is big and price is so affordable. If i come back, i will definitely stay here.
No electricity during my check out around 2hours. i have to pack my things and feeling very warm in the room and carry all my bag down by stairs. Other than that. All is good.
While the room was small, the staff and location were unbelievable.
The soundproofing in the room was average, the location was great.
Had a great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Room was high quality in comparison to other hotels in price range (300k). No visible mold and room was clean. The view was okay, lighting in the room was great and the bathroom was comfortable. Construction is everywhere in Da Nang, but I didn't find it too noisy, especially if doors were kept closed. Free drinking water in the lobby.
The hotel itself can be noisy. Mostly Viet families staying, so it's a daily occurrence to wake up to children screaming or inconsiderate people yelling in the hallways. Quite a few mosquitos getting into the room. Would still stay again though.
Great amenities , located in a beautiful area of Da nang , only a step away from the beach. The staff are also very helpful , overall a good value for money hotel.
Location is excellent. Surrounded by places to eat and drink - including an Irish bar two doors along - and a shop and pharmacy just around the corner. The beach is only about 6 minutes on foot from the hotel door. I had the room with the super-duper-sized bed and it lived up to expectations, really comfortable as well as the bedding too. I really liked their method of communication which was via WhatsApp, it was very convenient and effective. Housekeeping came everyday, but you could choose not to be disturbed with the door sign. The room was really big and while there wasn't an outdoor balcony, the table and chairs next to the big sliding window made it feel like one.
All the staff were friendly and pleasant offering the best customer service. They went above and beyond for me when I left my power charger behind and agreed to have it posted to my next hotel in another city. Thank you!
The shower while decent was a nightmare to get the right temperature water. It was basically boiling hot or not very hot. While housekeeping everyday is great. I guess I was unlucky by being on the top floor - 9 - to get that "housekeeping" knock at 9am although the earliest was 8:45...
The location is convenient, close to the beach and some restaurants.
The bathroom was in very poor condition, dirty, and clearly not properly cleaned. The shower was particularly unpleasant, and there was something disgusting leaking from the air conditioning vent. On top of that, there was construction noise all day long, making it impossible to rest. The facilities felt outdated and poorly maintained, and when we brought up the cleanliness issue, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive. Overall, the room was neither clean nor comfortable enough for an enjoyable stay.

The room was quite different from the picture. It had small bugs on the table and in the bathroom. The shower had black mold and was either burning hot or ice cold.

Nothing really. The curtain was broke on checkin but they had a new one fitted within the hour.
The staff were very helpful! The location was really really great, especially with children. We had a wonderful stay, the room was exactly as pictured, budget but amazing! The location really was the best so close to many grocery shops and restaurants.
We did have a small issue with the toilet - but they were very helpful and changed our room. Staff are always available to help with anything and always so nice too!
