Not good at all
Pros:

close to the castle

Cons:

Building is old.
Rooms have not been renovated in quite a while. Room did not feel clean because of its state. Bed was really awful. Bathroom awfully small.
They make you pay to store your luggages until check in (more expensive than regular coins lockers - 1k yens for a regular suitcase, 500y for a bag/little suitcase). I booked for three nights but left after one. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

Superb
Pros:

Very good location, right next to the Okayama Castle and the garden! 20 minutes from the station by foot, but you can take a tram and it will take 5 mins.
