It was difficult to stay there because of the smell and the floors in the room were extremely soiled.
Pros:

Not much.

Cons:

It stunk. The hallways smelled really bad and the room smelled bad too. I went to the convenience store to buy Febreeze and it didn’t help much.

Never stayed there in the end
Pros:

Sadly the hotel was unable to provide a second room for the friend I am travelling with who couldn’t sleep due to my snoring! We therefore found another hotel who could provide us with separate rooms at a reasonable price. Although I had already paid for this hotel, we didn’t check in due to their inability to provide a second room. We did however pay for the room through booking.com despite the no show.

Cons:

They could perhaps have tried a little harder to accommodate our request. They just told me to try to rebook the rooms myself online although I’d already paid for one.

Worth for budget with clean room and TV with netflix
Pros:

Good location, only less than 100m from nearest tram station. TV with youtube and netflix

Cons:

Old designed Bathroom. The electric water kettle’s cord was broken, the electricity can’t enter at all

location is not bad , only 2 tram station , and close to park and safe walk at night. Room size is good compare with those petit size business hotels.

Doesn’t worth the stay..
Pros:

The staff is great, very helpful. Free coffee machine and supplies for bathroom.

Cons:

The room smells like smoking, felt like the room wasn’t cleaned for a long time.. the bed wasn’t comfortable..
