Confortable y limpio, supero mis expectativas
Pros:

Fuimos a un Congreso al Hospital Español, queda a cruzando la calle. Ubicación: Polanco es encantador. El Departamento es muy bonito, ropa de cama nueva, muy limpio, el personal amable y servicial. Sin duda volveré a reservar en mi próximo viaje.

A good stay in Polanco Neighborhood.
Pros:

Located in the Polanco area. Large 2 bedroom apr. There is a 5-10 mins walk from restaurants and stores.15 minutes walk to Walmart Express, and 9 mins walk to immigration office. Neighborhood was quiet, and felt safe. Kitchen had ample amount of supplies.

Cons:

The apartment needed a heater and I needed to bring warmer clothing and bed socks. I traveled in the month of January so, the nights and early mornings get quiet cold.

Appartement comfortable dans beau quartier
Pros:

Très bon emplacement, chambre comfortable avec extérieur (petite terrasse) et bon équipement.

Cons:

La sonnerie du gardien de l’immeuble à côté de la chambre ou j’étais qui sonne terriblement fort… Je me suis fait réveiller par quelqu’un qui a sonné pendant une demi heure à 3h du matin… Rien de sécurisant.
Le supplément pour animaux excessif (plus que le prix d’une nuit d’hotel).

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Bett ist groß und bequem. Das Bad mit Dusche war gut.

Cons:

Das mitangebotene Frühstück war katastrophal. Es bestand aus einem Becher Café American, 5- 6 Häppchen Obst und einem O- Saft. Es war nicht möglich, anstelle des Kaffees einen Tee zu bekommen. Dazu gab es noch pro Person ein in Plastik eingeschweisstes SüssesTeilchen, was leider nicht frisch, sondern sehr trocken war. Wir jaben uns das Frühstück nur am ersten Tag " gegönnt". Leider ging das dortige Management nicht auf unsere Beschwerde ein. Das Frühstück für die restlichen Tage konnte nicht storniert werden und eine Kostenrückerstattung erfolgte ebenfalls nicht. Der Umgang des Managements mit unserem Anliegen war sehr schlecht. Das Hotel wurde als ruhig angegeben. Wir waren über das Wochenende dort. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tanzlocation. Die laute Musik am Freitag und Samstag Nacht ließ uns bis in die frühen Morgenstunden nicht schlafen.
In unserem Zimmer gab es nur grelle Deckenlampen. Nachttischlampen fehlten.

Excelente opción por ubicación y comodidad pero cuidado con la regadera.
Pros:

Me gustó la ubicación, muy bien aprovechados los especios del departamento para ser de solo una habitación. Cocina bien equipada, mesa para comer o trabajar de buen tamaño y sofá cómodo. Terraza, aunque no la use.

Cons:

El principal pero del departamente es la regadera o ducha. No es posible regular el agua caliente/fria. Constantemente se activ y desactiva el hidroneumático y te puedes quemar o congelar.

Excelente ubicación, súper limpio, camas confortables, con todo lo necesario para la estadía, buen espacio, personal amable. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, volvería a regresar.

Found two cockroaches in the apartment
Pros:

Good location and comfy bed.

Cons:

On the last night, found two cockroaches in the apartment. We told the staff repeatedly, but they ignored us. Apart from the cockroaches, seems clean and like in the pictures.
