Superb
Pros:

Covers the basics really well (AC, minifridge, TV, WiFi, etc ...) and the onsen at the first floor is a really nice extra. There is also a laundry room plus a vending machine that is really convenient and cheap. Nicely located in the middle point between the two train stations and the city center.

Cons:

I got a room at relatively street level and the window was pointing directly at the street meaning sometimes noise from people, transit and (mostly) street lights where getting into the room quite easily

Pros:

The location was good only about 10 mins from station and 15 mins from park.
Sento was good.

Cons:

Bathroom was tiny. Shower was small. Friend is talk and could barely close the bathroom door.

Pros:

Everything and especially the ofuro, it was well managed and not crowded

Cons:

The room a bit too hot for my comfort. But a small detail especially of you can manage an AC
