The bed is very hard. The toilet is very old, the towel holder is broken, when hang the towel it comes off

We stayed for a week but there was only one toilet paper which is halfway used already, and small bar of soap. We worked indoors for most of the days and for some reason the onternet kept disconnecting, good thing we didn't have calls/meetings. On our last night, the undersink cabinet started smelling bad and we barely used the kitchen sink, just washed our hands coz most of our food we're delivered so there's no washing needed. Cleaners need to be trained how to remove water stain on bathroom fixtures so they don't end up with white hard water stains and make the bathroom look cleaner.

The host does not communicate well with guests.

Condo staff were really not friendly and their process sucks.
Concierge lady was ignoring me during the whole checkin process, looking at her phone while I was talking to her.
I had to repeat every question twice because she didn't care at all.
Swimming pool staff although a nice guy was enforcing an overly complicated process like you have to go down to the concierge to get a ticket everytime you want to swim. Then you need to checkin on a guest book at the pool. It feels very bothersome that I skipped swimming the second day.

The parking lot. If it is your first time, you will get lost finding the exit. There were no security guards who can assist and there were no clear signs.

The location and amenities were good, but we were disappointed with the host's communication. We weren't informed in advance that parking required reservation, and when we tried to call, not picking up the phone, only replies via text, it would be more helpful and professional to inform guests of important details ahead of time.
