The road to the villa is terrible – you cannot reach it with a regular car; it requires a high vehicle. The breakfast was extremely poor, with very limited food choices. Even though we booked one of the largest villas and clearly mentioned 5 guests on Booking, upon arrival we were charged extra for the fifth person, as they claimed the villa was only for 4.

In one bathroom, the sink water did not work properly. The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to rest. The space itself is beautiful, but it is obvious that it needs much better care and maintenance.

The biggest disappointment was the heating – despite the cold weather, it was not turned on. We paid 1000 GEL for one night, yet we were freezing all night with only 3 blankets provided for 5 people.

Overall, the place is highly overrated and overpriced. I would not recommend it unless they significantly improve the living conditionsy

Comfortable, beautiful location, helpful owners, quiet and friendly

We did not lower the rating, but there were minuses for us. It was very difficult to find the location, but after talking to the manager, they helped us with the location. The dirt road and our car and low landing, it was very dangerous for the car body. But everything went well.Breakfasts disappointed us, from 10:00 it was late for us. The choice was also not big, but we did not leave hungry. Your hotel has great potential. I couldn't get Wi-Fi in the room, it's good that I had my own Internet If there is a good road to the place, we will definitely come back.

The restaurant was a major downside - every dish took at least an hour to arrive, and the food didn’t match the long wait. Also, the number of bees around the seating area made it almost impossible to relax. The hotel is also hard to find, with very poor road signage, and once you're on the property, the guest experience lacks clear guidance and attention to small but important details.

When we arrived we had a little accident at the gate of the resort because the gate keeper made us stop the car half way through the gate. Then the gate closed and damaged our car. Taking care of this with the rental company, insurance company and police cost us half a vacation day. We think the gate keeper shouldn’t stop visitors, maybe only on the way out. Or get a gate with a sensor so it stops when the gate keeper makes this mistake again. Despite this happening, we still give 7 Lakes a 10/10.

Ontbijt was inclusief. Maar: op maandag was er gewoon helemaal geen ontbijt. Dat werd ons niet verteld, en was wel gewoon in rekening gebracht.

Restaurant is not good at all. Breakfast was extremely poor, very few dishes for dinner and empty wine card .

Das Personal und der Service waren bodenlos schlecht - soetwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Personal gibt einem durchgehend das Gefühl als wäre man nicht erwünscht. Das Problem ist aber einfach, dass sie nichts arbeiten wollen - vor allem die Frau, die im Restaurant herumlungert. Beim Frühstück hatte ich eine höflich formulierte Frage an sie gestellt. Statt sich zu bemühen und mit mir gemeinsam nach einer Lösung zu suchen, da sie anscheinend englisch nur bedingt kann (was übrigens in der Beschreibung des Hotels ausdrücklich steht, dass englisch gesprochen wird), entgegnete sie mir unhöflich, dass sie kein Englisch spreche und setzte sich zum frühstücken an den Tisch (sie selbst aß vor den Gästen während ihrer Arbeitszeit?!). Generell lässt sich zum Frühstück noch ergänzen, dass man besser früh dran sein sollte, weil nichts nachgefüllt wird - wenn, nur auf Nachfrage, dann aber auch nur sehr wenig und missmutig. Zum Abendessen können wir leider nichts sagen, da wir es vermieden haben länger als nötig in der Unterkunft zu sein. Am Ende als wir auschecken wollten, hatte ein Kollege der Frau Bescheid gegeben, wir haben dann weitere 10 Minuten gewartet, bis ich einmal hinter das Haus gegangen bin um sie selbst zu suchen. Da saßen dann alle und haben sich nicht bewegt. Ich hab der Frau dann nur den Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt und gesagt, dass wir auschecken. Das Anwesen wäre sehr schön, wenn es nicht durch solch faules und unfreundliches Personal zerstört werden würde! Wirklich sehr schade. Vielleicht nimmt sich der Besitzer die Kritik ja zu Herzen und kündigt dieser Frau, denn sie macht ihr schönes Hotel kaputt. Sollen Sie die Eigentümerin selbst sein, so hoffe ich, dass Sie Ihre Einstellung zu Gastfreundlichkeit überdenken! Ich kann also jedem Gast, der sich in seiner Unterkunft wohlfühlen möchte nur davon abraten hier zu übernachten, man fühlt sich als müsste man sich für seine bloße Präsenz entschuldigen.
