Great location, friendly staff, and everything you need for a comfortable short stay.
Bathroom was a bit uncomfortable.
I like the location and Host is very hospitable ,warm and always there to assist .Breakfast is filling .Host treated me and my wife like the family while we stayed there
Firmness of the bed ,If host could put water kettle inside the room for the tea and coffee that would be lovely .
Location was great, close to metro and khinkali house, supermarket, trinity church. Lady that welcomed us and helped us the first few days was super kind and amazing. Breakfast fine.
Bathroom a bit inconvenient cause after shower everything is wet, because the shower is placed in the middle.
When we were picked up on our last day by our driver he wasn’t allowed to go to the bathroom from the manager. To me this was rude and bizarre.
Location was the most important thing. Metro/bus stations nearby. Holy Trinity church was just behind the property. Plenty markets/restaurants also near. Quiet & safe neighbourhood too.
Breakfast was decent - not many options but it was okay.
Staff were very friendly and helpful when it comes to extra late check-in (4-5am)
Shower was not separated from toilet and WC was constantly wet after showering. Poor soundproofing. No room cleaning, no towels/bedsheets changing.

The location is highly accessible, very close to the metro station at Avlabari and a minute walk away from the Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi. The staff are very courteous. Had a really great breakfast too.
