Excellent place at a perfect location.
Pros:

Ryokan Kasuga is a very nice and affordable place. It is clean and quiet with very fast internet connection. It is close to train station. Staff is very kind.

Very nice Tatami rooms and large shared bathroom including bath. Breakfast was also very tasty and filling. Close walk to Nabari station with easy access to public transport for Akame 48 and other nearby site seeing.

Lovely hosts needs better tatami mats
Pros:

Has parking available and the host are very nice.

Cons:

The mats are very this and aged so it made it feel like you were sleeping directly on the floor resulting in very little sleep as you wake up every time you have to turn

The greeter is a diamond
Pros:

The room is the typical Ryokan style, it is available a big bathtub but I didn’t use it because I stayed only two nights, and I went to the Onsen (15 min walking distance) after the trail I made at the 52 falls (35 min by public transport).
The quality service is very high.
They ask you if you want to get the breakfast or the dinner at the check-in.

Not very clear how the dinner was working

Pros:

It was a traditional Japanese experience. We were received with a warm and kindness treatment. I felt like part of the family, they care about we need, and support all the time. If you want a Japanese breakfast, this is the place, but advise them the day before, it worth it.
P.S. you have to know that is not a conventional hotel, it is a Ryokan.

Good location, near to Nabari station with plenty of restaurants. Free parking. Quiet room. Good WiFi.

Cons:

Room a bit small for three tatami beds. Room too bright with two windows having no curtains. Only one bathroom. Good that there are separate toilets upstair.
