La ubicación es excelente
Que al llegar te piden depósito sin avisar previamente, hay demasiado ruido del exterior, se oyen los autos y los bares que están cerca.
Fantastic location with very kind staff who have excellent English speaking skills. Rooms are exceptionally clean. It can be a bit noisy along the Main Street at night, but not a big deal.
L'emplacement est très bien, la chambre était calme malgré le fait que c'etait tres proche du centre. La petite cour est charmante. Le fait de proposer un valet parking est pratique.
La chambre familiale etait finalement petite, le lit "double" c'est une lit de 1m30 donc vraiment petit pour un couple. Les photos n'étaient pas tres claire, on s'attendait à plus d'espace. La salle de bain est vraiment sommaire de chez sommaire. Pas de petit dejeuner proposé, pourtant il y a un "café" mais cela semblait compliqué.

Location: perfect. Central in a beautiful area in San Miguel.
Staff: very friendly and helpful but not intrusive.
Facilities: beautiful courtyard. Has personality with loads of plants and seating.
Room: perfect for what we needed - comfortable beds to suit a family of 5. The room was big enough that we didn't feel like we were stepping over each other. Theere was a bunk bed (with rails on the top bunk so no risk of anyone falling out), a single bed, and a king/superking bed. There were lovely glass doors that opened onto the courtyard. The bathroom was simple but perfect for what we needed. There was also a heat pump that we used to cool down the room during the day.
Value for money: highly recommended, especially for families. It's hard finding anywhere that comfortably suits a family of 5 unless you want to get two separate rooms or pat exorbitant prices.
A kettle in the room would be a bonus bud not really necessary.

Location, 5 star hotel towels (for a 2 or 3 star hotel/hostel), full length mirror plus another mirror in the closet, a window with natural light, memory foam mattress, fan, great air conditioner, free potable water, room cleaning every day, attentive staff that resolved issues promptly. The room had all the furnishings I needed. It felt like a nice family business. I felt safe.
The infrastructure reflects the 2 star rating: metal door with plywood cover, rough edges in building. I generally do not pick a place of this level but was planning to travel with someone on a much more limited budget. I ended up travelling alone and too late to find something reasonable. It was fine and the most important components needed in the room were there.
The room was large and had everything we need for our stay.
I would suggest some patio furniture on the porch we had access from our room.
