Didn't like the sound of kids running and screaming up the hall way from 10pm to early hours. THAN SOMEONE TRYING TO GET IN THE ROOM AT 4AM , KEPT BANGING ON DOOR AND RATTLING DOOR HANDLE TO GET IN 3 TIMES, SCARED MY DAUGHTER AND GRAND SON TO DEATH, AND THAN WHEN I TOLD THE MORNING MANAGER THEY DID NOTHING AND DIDN'T SAY ONE WORD, NOT SORRY, NOT AN I'M SORRY YOU DIDN'T SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE HOCKEY FAMILIES BEING INCONSIDERATE AND RIDICULOUS AND RUINING THE POOL AREA BY BEING VERY DANGEROUS IN POOL SPLASHIMG SHOOTING WATER GUNS AT A 3 YEAR OLD,

Paid almost $200 to not sleep at all and a cold breakfast
Cons:

Breakfast cold, our rooms heater was broken and made a horrible screeching noise all night! I told the person at check out and she with a straight face and completely monotoned said “sorry, maintenance won’t be here till Monday.” DONT STAY IN ROOM 503!!

Pros:

My absolute likes was the view location the people the convenience store you had with amazing the food you know you sell the same stuff over and over again but still good and I was very happy with it and the facilities was amazing too

The black power strip that says reset turns on and off lights it was confusing and was it really thought out properly

The room

Cons:

The lady who was in the breakfast area was extremely rude and made my granddaughter afraid to get food. I didn't appreciate her attitude or staring at us while trying to get breakfast. Not happy with this at all. For the price of staying one night and paying for 4 grandchildren we should not be uncomfortable trying to get the food provided.
