Pros:

Bardzo dobrze położony obiekt. Bardzo czysty. Świetny kontakt z recepcją. Położenie obok stacji benzynowej i marketu a także głównej dwupasmowej drogi.

Недавно останавливались в этом отеле и остались в полном восторге! Персонал очень вежливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь. Номер был чистый, уютный и современный, с прекрасным видом из окна. Особенно понравились удобные кровати и тишина — удалось отлично отдохнуть. Спасибо всему персоналу за теплый прием и высокий уровень сервиса! Обязательно вернемся снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым.

Очень хороший отель! Номера чистые, уютные и комфортные. Персонал очень вежливый, дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь. Расположение отличное, рядом много удобных мест. Атмосфера в отеле спокойная и приятная, сервис на высоком уровне. Последнее проживание оставило только хорошие впечатления. Обязательно приеду ещё раз!

Poor cleanliness
Cons:

It wasn't clean at all. The fridge was full of leftovers of the prior guest. There wasn't any potable water in the fridge. There wasn't any tea or coffee bag.

Pros:

Мне всё очень понравилось, 24 часа ресепшон работает. Забронировала поздно ночью но заселили без проблем . Было очень чисто и уютно. Гостиница находится в центре пешком до Площадки Республики 10 _15 мин а на машине 4 мин. Вид из комнаты на город. Гостиница находится очень близко к автобусной станции откуда можно поехать в любое направление. Близко находится Американское Пасольство 5 мин пешком .

Pros:

A stage hotel on the way to South Armenia

Cons:

Probably the worst cleaning in the hotel I have ever seen... Everything was dirty. Rooms were tiny. TV did not work. There was an electric tea pot but no tea or coffee. And than - they were proud that they were fully booked... I would honestly like to contribute to that this changes...

В целом вариант подходит для краткой остановки за разумные деньги, но с учетом указанных нюансов.
Pros:

Расположение — рядом с автовокзалом и недалеко от центра, что было важно.
Приемлемая цена, достаточно номеров, есть все необходимое для короткого проживания.
Вид из окна (боковой) — вечером красиво подсвечивается телебашня, это действительно приятный бонус. Но не всем может повезти.

Cons:

Cлабая звукоизоляция. Ночью был слышен будильник у соседей, который срабатывал много раз подряд, две ночи будил нас но не хозяина, а также разговоры и шум при заселении других гостей.
Подушки оказались слишком жесткими — в итоге пришлось использовать одеяло вместо них.

Pros:

Было очень часто. Неделю от центра даже можно пешком добраться. Персонал очень доброжелателн .я планирую приехать Ереван в августе и обязательно буду оставаться в етом же гостинице
