Auto konnte sicher geparkt werden. Schnelle Kommunikation mit Vermieterin.

Cons:

Heruntergekommene, alte sowie schmutzige Unterkunft. Für um die 50€ kann man wohl in diesem Land nicht mehr erwarten.

19 On Cathcart- Appalling!! Disgraceful

Moved from this property i booked to 19 On Cathcart without my permission or choice.

Cons:

Poor management. I had booked 21 On Cathcart a 2 bed 2 bath villa, for our family, 4 months prior to our stay & liased
monthly with 'owner' to ensure our booking was secure. Only to be told the day before our arrival that we'd been "UPGRADED" to 2 x executive luxury suites, at a completely different property, 19 On Cathcart, which i said I did not want as id booked the modern family villa & this booking had been confirmed many times. No option given to us upon arrival, as the manager we found out, had given our booking to some one else & just moved us in to the property next door. Upgrade - that a lie - Disgraceful!
Booking.com should re look at this property we were given - SHOCKING! This type of treatment of clients should be condoned & property removed off site - Booking.com i would strongly suggest you look in to the people running these two properties as they are on a completely different level. Down grade or de list 19

Pros:

The bed was extremely comfortable

Cons:

Check in staff weren't the friendliest.
Parking is an issue with the place, you need to make sure you park out of the way to not block anyone in.
The staff were very noisy in the morning, we couldn't sleep in. General noise level was high in the evenings too from the other rooms.

Pros:

The cottage unit was aesthetically pleasing and the location was good
had a good scent and aroma
central location

Cons:

dirty kettle
lose toilet lid
toilet did not flush properly
noise from other units, not great sound proofing
one of the units had a break in which made us feel quite unsettled and therefore didnt have a restful night

It was very nice
Pros:

I loved the location as it was close to the beach. The people were very friendly. They accommodated us with moving our dates since we could not check in on the dates we booked. It was a really great experience staying at the guesthouse. I will definitely go back there.

Pros:

Neighborhood, nice and cozy.

Cons:

We were extremely disappointed with the condition of our room during our stay. The bed sheets appeared to be used, the blankets had a strong, sweat odor, and the pillows looked dirty. Despite requesting cleaning, the cleaner brought old linen, which didn't alleviate the issue. The overall state of the room was unhygienic and unacceptable.
