Geschmackvolle und hochwertige Einrichtung.
Sehr zentrale Lage.
Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

Enttäuschung , dass sich die angebliche Terrasse als dunkler kleiner Innenhof im Souterrain (Keller) und damit für uns nicht nutzbar entpuppte. Zudem waren hier auch die Klima und Wärmepumpen positioniert mit entsprechenden Geräuschen.

Gute Unterkunft, aber kein Hotel
Pros:

Das Domum 4 ist cool, wenn man zu zweit ist und sich gern selbst versorgt. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, sofern man zugegen ist, wenn das Personal dort ist. Ansonsten ist man auf sich allein gestellt, da es keine Rezeption gibt.

Cons:

Es war nachts leider immer sehr laut. Schade war auch, dass es keinen Frühstücksraum gab, da wir als Gruppe gern zusammen frühstücken wollten.

El espacio de la habitación, la cama y que está muy cerca de todo. Los desayunos muy buenos y completos.

Cons:

Que NO hay ascensor, tuvimos que ayudar a una señora de unos 60 años a subir la maleta porque no podía sola. La limpieza tampoco es muy completa, las sábanas no se cambiaron en ningún momento, una funda de almohada tenía un pico de sangre de la barba de mi marido y en ningún momento lo cambiaron. Simplemente estiran las sábanas, cambian las toallas si se dejan en el suelo y nada más, ni bartieron ni fregaron ni quitaron el polvo. Tampoco me gustó el que NO haya nadie para recibir a lis huéspedes. Tampoco fue nada cómodo el espacio entre el inodoro, el lavabo y mampara, ya qué está pegado literalmente a la mampara y a muy poca distancia del lavabo. Me pareció muy extraña la orientación de la cama con una estantería en la parte de la cabecera de la cama y detrás un espacio para ir ala puerta de entrada. Estoy hablando de la habitación 421-3

Pros:

Très bien situé, confortable et très propre, je recommande cet établissement

Cons:

Situé dans une petite rue en face de boîtes de nuit, donc ambiance très bruyante les vendredi et samedi jusque tôt le matin, pour les logements donnant sur cette petite rue.
