Super Personal, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Leider war das Schwimnbad nicht gefüllt und weder bei Booking.com noch auf der Internetseite rine kurze Info.
Das Hotel liegt wunderbar zentral - das Entrée ist beeindruckend - der Empfang war freundlich.
Ich war sehr positiv überrascht und würde jederzeit wieder hier wohnen rollen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war fantastisch.
Liegt mitten in der Stadt Sopron. Preis OK.
Etwas wie ein Spuk Schloss, das ganze. Lange dunkle Gänge, rote Beleuchtung, alte dunkle schwere Möbel,.. Man erwartet jeden Augenblick, auf Graf Dracula zu treffen. Das ist nicht jedermanns Geschmack.
Zimmer klein, nicht mehr komfortabel und altmodisch, nur durch lange Gänge zweimal quer durch das Hotel zu erreichen.
Keine Hotelzufahrt am Eingang, keine Möglichkeit kurz zu halten und das Gepäck auszuladen. Nur Kurzparkzone mit Forint Automaten ( blöd, wenn man keine Münzen hat ).
We have stayed here several times before and keep returning. It’s an excellent hotel for a relaxing getaway in the heart of the city. The hotel can be a destination in and of itself thanks to its wonderful hall, beautiful historical architecture paired with all the convenient facilities, including a garage, a clean and well-equipped gym, and an excellent wellness area with a Finnish, infrared, and a salt sauna. The breakfast room is absolutely stunning.
The rooms have been recently renovated and offer a view onto the old city.

Kiváló lokáció, jó ár-érték arány, nagyszerű reggeli, alkalmazottak segítőkêszsége. Kiemelnēm Katàt a recepcióról, aki a kedvességēvel màr a telefonban segített e mellett a szållás mellett döntenem.

Pěkný hotel, pěkné vybavení pokoje, oceňuji ticho mezi pokoji.
Spa bylo dost chudé (pouze sauny vytopené na max 70 stupňů) a nebyl k dispozici bazén. Ale aspoň tam nebylo moc lidí. Také nefungoval střešní bar.
Locatia a fost foarte buna, centrala, cu receptie deschisa pana tarziu. Mic dejun bogat. Raport calitate pret excelent
Hotel v centre mesta.
V hotely sa nedalo používať hlavné schodisko. Fungoval výťah, cesta k nemu však bola komplikovaná.

Sopron belvárosàban van, így gyalogosan is kényelmesen megközelíthető minden központi látnivaló! Prémium szobánk volt, utcára néző ablakokkal, de nem zajos! Szép, tágas, világos szoba, nagy fürdőszobával. Parkoló mélygarázsban, kicsit szűkős, de ez az épület és hely adta lehetőség. Új wellness rész szaunákkal, sószobával, nagy pihenőrésszel, törölközőkkel!
Van elektromos autótöltési lehetőség is a garázsban.
