Overall, great place to stay and great location
Pros:

The location was really good, right on quinta av. The kitchenet was really well equipped with a microwave, a large fridge, small cooktop (which i didn't use), pots and pans, and plenty of plates and silverware. Also a coffee machine, toaster and blender. They even left us paper towels and a few small waters in the fridge which was nice! The AC worked really well, which is important, and there was a nice, big TV that you could see from the couch and bed. Overall, plenty of space for two people, and the unit was pretty clean. The pool and sauna were great, and the gym was pretty decent as well. The staff at the front desk were nice too. The entire rooftop was very nice.

Cons:

Since the moment we arrived there were tiny ants all over the kitchen, which was kinda gross. They seemed to increase throughout the week as we had food/garbage. We kept everything in the fridge because of this ant issue. It feels like it's something the property managers should take care of... There is no cleaning, but you can pay extra for cleaning. This is fine, but I thought 5 bath towels and one hand towel was a little skimpy for a one week stay considering you need to use them for the shower and the beach. I was also disappointed that there was no hairdryer, and the hot water wouldn't work for more than a couple minutes at a time, most of the showers I took had lukewarm water, which was ok since it's so hot in mexico. The bathroom is very small, which was fine but just note that. Note that checkout time is 10am, which is pretty early. The windows / insulation did a really good job blocking general street noise, but every night we were there, there was a street performer who plays this piano thing from like 12am-3am, and it's pretty loud. I don't know if he's there every night, he was for us, but it's just something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.
