Comfortable hotel at a decent price, great location, good breakfast pastries, friendly staff
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very close to Central Station and was perfect for where I needed to be in walking distance. Some nice local streets to walk around and through as an alternative to the major streets too. Although close to busy areas, the hotel was peaceful and quiet with nice decor. The complimentary coffee, pastries and fruit for breakfast were enough for a start to the day and available earlier than reception indicated, which was useful for me before City2Surf.

Cons:

Only minor things - the bathroom floor got very wet from the shower. Needs a better lip to contain water. The basic room is on the small side and if on the ground floor, not much outside light. Not a big deal for us as we only spent short amounts of time in the room, outside of sleep hours.

Pros:

The staff were great and it's a fantastic hotel

Cons:

Stayed on the bottom floor for the first time. It was way too noisy, someone constantly going in and out of their room slamming the door at 2am and the guess noise from the breakfast/coffee station from 6am. Could hear everything so loudly from our room. Also no fridge in the room.

セントラル駅から歩いてすぐで、急な坂ではなかったので、スーツケースを持っていても移動が楽でした。ロビーに２４時間あるコーヒーはとてもおいしかったです。

Cons:

部屋はシンプルでよかったのですが、部屋とバスルームの間にはドアではなくカーテンとガラスの引き戸しかなく、うまく閉めるのにコツがいりました。また、シャワーのところにも仕切りが何もないので、シャワーを浴びた後にはバスルームが水浸しになりました。

ive stayed here many times and the staff are always lovely, and the rooms are always spotless
Pros:

tea & coffee facilities with treats is such a nice touch when you need a quick bite to eat and a cup of tea.
I also like that it is so close to central station and there are so many great eateries nearby

Great spot to stay. Convenient location for traveling to airport and by train. Shuttle offered to airport.

Pros:

I visited this hotel in Sydney last month and was truly impressed. Working in the hospitality industry myself, I know great service when I see it, and the staffs, Lin and Mac were absolutely outstanding. They were genuinely friendly, exceedingly polite, and so helpful with every request. Thank you both for making my trip so memorable!

La posizione perfetta, la camera ampia, la macchina del caffè

Cons:

Il servizio lavanderia davvero molto costoso rispetto al risultato. 35 AUD per un sacchetto di vestiti lavati non molto bene e riportati in camera all'interno dello stesso sacchetto che conteneva i vestiti sporchi.
