The bed sheet was dirty and towel only got One PCs and also light was trip 11am and come back 11:30 it's ok it's happened but the staff was ko good specially there boy on counter I think from Pakistan I say hi never reply like so rude and actions anyways it's just 1 start hotle

Never again and not trusting Booking.com any more.

Booking.com pictures do not match room - I did not get what expected ie standard Queen room was a windowless shoebox, spartan furniture extremely crammed in together, only two overhead ceiling lights, no refrigerator, worst of all the handheld shower and toilet/miniature basin were literally in the same space ie the handheld grubby shower sat on the wall within close reach where a conventional toilet roll holder would sit.

quit good and value for money but not really enjoy it

should have include fan and some bed light. the location full of pakistans..like i went to the foreign country not Malaysia..for girl like me maybe its not so save. iron table should be at every level .

Could Do Better
Pros:

Excellent location, 3 good single beds, great air con ,good internet & pleasant staff.


Room poorly organised, including bathroom. Room in need of a good paint, covering grubby walls.

Should have better area for clothes storage. Only 2 hangers & 1 chair for 3 people. Only 2 plug sockets, far away from the beds. Tv never worked.

Shower & toilet area was 1 wet room. Water would splash everywhere. Toilet should be partitioned with a drawn shower curtain. The fittings within bathroom loosely fitted, with no toilet roll holder.

Make those simple adjustments and you will have a brilliant hotel room.
