Très bon emplacement
Chambre bien aménagée mais pas très propre

Cons:

Propreté à revoir
Personnel un peu trop pushy : le responsable a passé le séjour à m’envoyer des messages via WhatsApp.
Nous avions la chambre au premier étage et il n’y a pas une bonne isolation, nous avons eu beaucoup de bruit la première nuit.

Pros:

Perfecto. Está hecho con muy buen gusto y la verdad que se está muy comodo. La ubicación también un 10, parking más cercano a 7 mins andando.

Comodidad, estilo y una atención de 10
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en Ciutadella fue fantástica. El hotel tiene una decoración espectacular y transmite mucha calma desde el primer momento. Pablo nos atendió de maravilla y estuvo siempre pendiente de que todo saliera perfecto, resolviendo cualquier detalle con rapidez y amabilidad. La limpieza estaba impecable y el servicio de limpieza incluso nos dejó la habitación perfectamente ordenada.

Un detalle que nos encantó es que también tenían toallas para la playa, algo muy práctico. Además, nos mandaron muchísimas recomendaciones sobre dónde comer, desayunar, qué playas visitar y planes en la zona. Siempre que les preguntábamos algo, nos contestaban enseguida con gran disposición.

El día de la salida, aunque el check-out era a las 11, nos permitieron quedarnos trabajando un rato en el lobby sin ponernos ninguna prisa, lo cual fue un gran detalle.

En resumen, una atención excelente, llena de cuidados y detalles, que hace la estancia aún más recomendable.
