Pros:

Very peaceful and private, another cool feature in the room we were staying in was the window opened all the way like a door. Which I thought was quite cool.

Cons:

Could hear the people up stairs walking around. And if you plan on walking from the train it’s a bit of an uphill hike, Good for exercise.

I definitely recommend staying here especially for solo travel. For two people it might be too small
Pros:

Very clean
Very easy instructions
Responsive host
Really good water pressure in the shower
Option to ventilate room and quick dry laundry basically overnight
Quiet
Near to Shinjuku but being in a residential area so it’s quiet at night

Cons:

The washing machine default setting is a quick wash with I assume cold water. It won’t get major stains out.

A few more options to hang stuff would be great

Pros:

The location is excellent and the property is very clean with a decent shower and bathroom facilities.

Cons:

The bed is too small for a couple and the bedding felt cheap. The duvet itself is also too small for a couple. I would recommend investing in at least a queen sized duvet.
Overall the price per night is similar to a fairly good 3 star hotel which comes with benefits such as cleaning, fresh towels etc. so there is a trade off

Pros:

Ottimi servizi, lavatrice, bagno con funziona per asciugare i vestiti appena lavati, e tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza medio/lunga a Tokyo. Posizione molto tranquilla, lontana dal rumore del centro città.

I had a great stay in, it was well located. You can cook, wash you clothes, there's a bath and a shower.
Pros:

I enjoyed how close it was from Shinjuku 2 chome, and the train station while still being a quiet area.

Cons:

I found it cozy and enjoyed it. Some people could think it's small. But, it's fine I think.

Good value for money and highly recommended
Pros:

- Brand new and well equipped apartment and reasonably priced
- Access instructions were clear and provided up front
- The host was very responsive to queries which gives you a piece of mind
- Great location and easily accessible to Shinjuku and local metro station
- Great and quiet location
- Nice and powerful shower heads which helps alot
- Would stay here again

Cons:

- Small but expected of Tokyo
- Don't bothered thinking about doing any cooking in the apartment as there is no spaces
- Could do with more utensils and clothes clips to hang clothes outside

Superb
Pros:

The place is very clean and new, it's not very big but it has all the necessary things. There's also a clothesline outside the room and you can dry your clothes there after washing. The room is just on the first floor, so it's really easy to get into.

Cons:

There's a slight slope on the way to the property. It might take a little more effort to walk with heavy luggages but it's not too bad.
