Pros:

В здании есть хороший супер.
Есть большой бассейн и сауна. Так-же есть джакузи.
Хорошо отапливаеся.
Лифт не застряёт :).
Подъезд чистый
В доме так же есть прокат экипировки и учителя по зимнему спорту

Cons:

Рекомендую хозяину заменить вытяжку в туалете, сильно гудит и скрепит. Не нашли фен для сушки волос.

It was good value for the location.
Pros:

The location is perfect and you can use a pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Cons:

The TV is very small, there isn’t a terrace. Also the pool wasn’t very clean and the water in it was kind of cold.

Pros:

The location is the most valuable issue of this facility - only a few minutes away from the ski-lift, which is the main busy area in the town. It also had free parking for the guests in front of the building. There is a supermarket in the building too. The building has two blocks, each with a functional elevator. The spa center is in the basement of the block A and has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. The Studio 10 is placed on the first floor of the block B. It is comfortable enough for two people. The kitchen is small but functional. The bathroom is also small but comfortable enough, and there was hot water all the time. The studio was warm and also very clean and equipped with all the necessary cleaning tools and products.

Cons:

When started snowing all the parked cars in front of the building became blocked not only by the falling snow but mainly by the snow from the street that was pushed aside in front of the parked cars while cleaning the street by the sity service. The receptionist gave me a shovel to clean the snow by myself to unblock the car and leave.
There is an illegal night bar in the building with young girls in front of its entrance that offer their "services".
The swimming pool in the spa center became unusable on the second day of our stay, and only the small sauna and jacuzzi were usable. Using the spa services was included in the payment when booking the apartment.
Spa facilities are placed in block A, so the guests from block B should pass through a cold coridor and the reception hol to reach it, and that is not very pleasant.
The two joined beds in the room were nether comfortable nor practical. One large bed would be much more practical than two unstable beds that can be separated too easily.
The sheets and towels were clean when we arrived, but when we wanted to replace them after a few days, they gave us dirty towels. When we complained, the receptionist told us that the towels were old and not dirty (he probably thought we were blind), and he also explained to us that "the owner of our apartment Mr. Kaloyan Nikolov didn't provide them with extra towels for his apartment, so they had to borrow towels from other apartments in the building to satisfy his guests". Whatever the reason was, they gave us clean towels after our complaintment.
The kitchen facilities (aspirator, stovetop, refrigerator, and microwave) were old and damaged but still functional. The light of the aspirator above the stovetop wasn't working, and the sink had poor drainage.
The shower hub and the bathroom floor had poor drainage, so there was water all the time. The ventilation propeller was producing creeppie noises almost all the time.

It's a decent place for a couple to stay in, especially if they plan on skiing considering its close
Pros:

The hosts were very friendly. The moment we informed them of the problem we had with our room they almost immediately cam to rectify it. The included facilities were of decent quallity

Cons:

When we got into the apartment there was a faint smell of not properly done laundry. It turned out to be the bed sheets and pillow sheets. However, once we informed the hosts they personally came and changed it out for new ones.

Great place, few matters could be improved. Be warned half term it gets really busy hotel, spa and on the slopes!
Pros:

Great location near the gondola. Nice apartment and great pool, jacuzzi and sauna.

Cons:

Toilet paper was sparse. No room service and you need to take the rubbish out yourself.

All together - we decided to see the good parts.
Pros:

Great location. Very close to the gondola.
Fully equipped.
The lady from the reception was VERY NICE. Our compliments for having such an employee. Everything we asked for was solved immediately and with kindness and attention.
The total cost was fair for what the propery had to offer.
Free access to the heated pool, jacuzzi and dry sauna.

Cons:

It was not as clean as we expected and are used to.
Felt like we stayed on someone's apartment not a facility that is used for tourists and must be very carefully checked between guests. For example we found a surgical glove under the boiler, 3 used towels in the wardrobe, the kitchen pans were not properly clean (traces of sticky, burnt oil).... even though we did not cook, we saw them..., there were a lot of things left unchecked from the cleaning point of view...
No cleaning lady was hired to take the trash out, change our towels and make the beds daily at all.
We had to take the trash out by ourselves, buy trash bags and toilet paper.
We had only one big liquid soap, no shampoo, no slippers...

Highly recommend paying more attention to how clean the studio is before renting it.
