Dead cockroaches smashed on the wall, mold in the bathtub, the walls were dirty and scuffed. The room tv screen was smashed and cracked.

nun really it was really bad. i can never stay there again. worst place i been inside of.

Cons:

the cleaning, there was blood residue on the window curtains scared us to death. the methhead next door didnt give us any comfort either

Pros:

Had to change rooms to was broke, when fixed toilet ran over. Moved to another room and toilet didn't work properly roaches everywhere uncomfortable just thinking bout roaches getting in my bags. Didn't shower whole stay because of baby roaches in tub (rm 115) checked in rm 128 3pm nothing was ready due to broke TV until 6pm once things seemed good, went to urinate and toilet was broke. Very disappointed with the facilities, great bed just psychologically couldn't rest because of roaches....couldn't wait to get home to take a good shower...

Older cleaning lady need to be professional

Front young desk guy very nice polite respectful

Cons:

The old cleaning latina lady made a phone call to front desk in front of me screaming that I had a dog, my tiny pocket chihuahua. She was claiming I belong to stay in destroyed rooms by homeless ppl as a common practice by this hotel management. I dont think so, I wasnt there for free. I deserve a decent respectful professional treatment. She act with customers like we are neighbors from her hood.

She was upset because I was given at first a dirty room she failed to clean from previous customer. So I obviously had to report this, and asked for a new clean room. 🙄

Awful never again the place should get shut down.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing! Stayed 5 mins and was traumatized.

Cons:

The location was awful. There was a drug deal right in front of my car.

The staff is nice and caring cleaning ladies

Cons:

No microwave or fridge...you'll need to pay an arrogant price for it. Down the street another hotel cheaper with everything plus laundry ice etc...this place didn't even have ice. Overpriced.


Rooms at first floor are destroyed as most motels in Austin, homeless ppl live in them
